Loving my 2017 Santa Fe
Ben was great with us. He took the time to make sure our questions were answered which helped us make the decision to stay with Hyundai. Before the trip to Ben @ Phil Long i was set on which other SUV we were going to purchase. He was able to get us a good deal on our Santa Fe.

Buying a new vehicle
I am very satisfied with the sales staff at Hyundai at chapel hill. Both car buying experience the first time with Mr Brown and the second time with Travis the experience was great. I would totally recommend either salesperson and your company to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. The experience was so excellent the next time we are in the market to purchase a new vehicle we will be coming here. The only thing I would change is I wish Hyundai had a truck. Maybe sometime in the future.

I spent over $900 in repairs and you had the car for a day and a half. At least you could have done was wash it!

G80 lease
Phil Long Hyundai is a completely satisfactory Hyundai dealership that is not prepared to sell a premium Genesis car. When I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from Phil Long, I was satisfied with my experience. G80 buyers expect a more premium experience. I shouldn't be referred to as 'buddy' by the finance manager when buying a premium car. Finance manager commented he didn't understand leases and couldn't answer questions regarding taxing cap reduction. On a positive note, Travis DiGiovanni was very professional and showed excellent G80 product knowledge.

Mr Tinsley
This is the third Hyundai that I have bought and have been totally satisfied. I have a 1997 Accent, (123000 miles) and still runs great, I also have a 2008 Accent (17000 miles) that's seventeen thousand, not a hundred and seventy thousand and it runs great. When I decided to get my Granddaughter a car, I naturally thought of Hyundai. Why give up on something that has served you well.
