Excellent!!

Awesome experience with Dan Hecht Toyota. Trevor was very informative, professional and kind. Such a quick easy process. I love my new Camry! 5 Stars!

Jason Webb was very helpful and professional as I purchased my 2021 RAV 4. He answered all of my (many) questions even when that meant that he had to consult with other departments. He was thorough and easy to understand in teaching me to use the infotainment system on my new vehicle. He was direct and fair in discussing price and financing and did not leave me feeling pressured or manipulated (as some sales people do). Jason communicated effectively via phone, email, text and in person which simplified the process for me , saved me time and allowed me to feel safer in the environment of the pandemic. I researched the dealership prior to my purchase and was happy with reviews including those on BBB. This was the smoothest experience that I have had in purchasing a vehicle.

service mgr was very rude wife came home crying

service manager was rude enough to my wife she came home crying, over a oil change, I promise you that we will never be back.

Customer Satisfaction

I received a recall on the dashboard of 2006 Solara .At that time it hadn’t cracked yet.Approximately one year later ,I received another notice.I checked the dashboard again and noticed it was just starting to crack (about 2 inches long.I took it to Dan Hecht’s.They took pictures,sent them in to Toyota.One week later they called to tell me it was acceptance scheduled an appointment. This would have cost me $1200 out of pocket!Thanks Dan Hecht

purchase of new car and later repair of deer hit damage

We have purchased two cars from Dan Hecht Toyota. We are in our 60's and have had considerable experience with car shopping over the years. But once we tried Dan Hecht we were in awe at how well we were treated! The salesman we worked with, Jeff Mitchell, was excellent from start to finish! He went above and way beyond to answer our many questions and to help us learn about the new car features. He also worked very well with us to get a deal we could afford. So about 3 years later we decided to trade again, our car was the best we have ever had and was still in great condition, but the dealership offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. Again, we chose Jeff Mitchell and he was awesome across the board! BUT, as great as Jeff and the rest of the folks we encountered at the dealership were, we met more that were amazing. In May 2019 my wife hit a deer with our new 2018 car and we chose to take the car to the Body Shop at Dan Hecht. You could not ask for anyone to be nicer or more accommodating than Nathan and Donna. I have waited nearly 5 months to make this review because I wanted to ensure that all the repairs were as good as they appeared to be over time. Let me tell you, the technicians (sorry, I don't know the name (s) that repaired our car are absolutely the best!! The car is PERFECT, looks and drives exactly like it did brand new! I hope Dan Hecht appreciates these employees as much as my wife and I do and I hope they show there appreciation in a very good way! We have told so many people about all of this and we encourage everyone to go to Dan Hecht to experience what we have ( well, maybe not hitting a deer). Also, I could not believe how fast they repaired our vehical! If you are ever in the need of true professionalism, kindness and down to earth people to help you with your body shop repairs or car sales give these folks the opportunity and I rest assured you will be Impressed more than ever before!!! Thank you so much to Jeff, Nathan, Donna and all the rest for who you are and what you do!!! Jim & Pam Note: The two cars were Toyota Camry's. The best vehicals we have ever owned.

Great visit . I have been a customer along time at this dealership they treat you really good here. Over last 3 years we have bought 3 vehicles from Dan Hecht from the car sale to the repairs they take care of you. I will not shop or do business with no other dealership.

Helpful

They were helpful and followed up. I only had e-mail and phone contact with them, but it was positive. I intended to visit that area but purchased a truck prior to doing so.
