I have visited this dealership twice....apparantly they are incapable of saying "I will be with you as soon as I am done with my current customer". I have no problem waiting my turn for service, but this happened 2 different times! So, I sent the dealership an email letting them know I would not be back a third time!

Thanks for your comments and I'm sorry that we did not acknowledge you. Not knowing the time or other circumstances, it's hard to say why that happened. Obviously we are upset with this situation and have hired people to make sure it does not.
