Good buying experience but if, you purchase a used
Good buying experience but if, you purchase a used vehicle. Take your time and do a complete inspection. They did not advise me of any issues with the vehicle other than an error with the GPS. None of the issues were mechanical or affected the safety or operation of the vehicle. Dash vents inoperable, crack in windshield, just do a full inspection. They are charging too dollar, make them fix it.

Honestly, after every time I have had a service done, something ends up going wrong. My last service, I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and complementary over all vehicle check. Everything came back good by what they said. Ever since, my battery will not keep charge. Literally had nothing but problems with this vehicle since the start.

Excellent service and professional staff! They accommodate my schedule by picking up my vehicle from work and delivering it back to me. They even provide me a link via text so I can pay online, all saving me so much time in my busy schedule!

do not waist your time
would not sell me a car unless i sold them my car for 5k less than what it's worth. i told them no trade in and they said no deal then. I even offered sticker price and refused to sell me the car unless i had a trade.

Don’t waste your time
Never would have imagined would call a dealer interested in buying a car and be told no, they wouldn’t sell to me because I didn’t live close enough. Literally live a little over an hour away from there. I’ve called about cars in other states and never been told they would not sell a vehicle because I wasn’t close enough. Don’t advertise your vehicles if you don’t want to sell them!!

The current inventory shortage has forced us to temporarily change our policies on sales outside of our selling area. How. Dare. They. DONT GO HERE
If I could leave 0 stars I would. My husband and I are from Lincoln and this dealership won’t sell to us because the car won’t be serviced with them. We even Offered the possibility of paying cash, which they quickly reminded us that due to an “ownership directive” because we lived too far away they were more interested in “insulating their business” than selling to a paying customer.

Locals Only!
I called to schedule a test drive for a new vehicle. I was asked where I lived and I told the sales rep I was a little over an hour away. I was then informed that they would not sell me a vehicle as their inventory was for locals only. This might be a great dealership for Effingham residents, but don't waste your time if you are not.
