great experience!

everybody was very friendly and helpful. Ron answered all our question with much patience! They kept us informed every step of the way. We never felt any high pressure to buy, which was a big relief to us as Danny had not brought a new truck since 1987!

Wouldn't buy anywhere else!

Derek Mitchell was our salesman and he was fantastic. Kurt Hoeper helped out a lot too and he was equally fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about Randy Reed and their salesmen.

Reed Buick GMC, Tiffany Springs

It was not stressful at all we never felt pressured. This was our second purchase from this dealership and we will go back again. Fred helped us both times and although the second purchase was fifteen months after the first he recognized us when he saw us and greeted us warmly. The people in the service department are also very helpful and always friendly. This truly is a five star dealership.

Why I like Randy Reed Buick in at least 50 words

Nice people, friendly service. When you're selling a car, you are not at all pushy; however, when you're asking someone to complete a survey, you're demanding 50 words! I want to write "Nice people, friendly service." The only way to get finished with this survey is to write MORE so I'm just filling up space. I feel like I'm in junior high and the teacher said, "Write a one-page essay." Have I written enough yet? Haha

Great Experience

My wife and I enjoyed our truck buying experience at Randy Reed. They answered our questions patiently, gave a great value for our trade-in, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our new truck, or the people we bought it from.

Randy Reed GMC is all you need!

People at the Randy Reed GMC dealership are friendly, helpful and courteous. The dealership is well maintained and is very clean. Randy Reed has done an excellent job putting this team of employees together, several have been with the dealership circa 1990. Finding quality employees and keeping them shows that Randy cares for his employees and treats them with respect. Happy employees translates to happy customers.

Thank you for your fine repair service

It is such a joy to drive into the Reed Repair shop and to be met with Barry Corderman and Lyle who are always so efficient and handle everything in a professional manner. AND we love to be rewarded with Hershey Candy bars.....it makes our wait worthwhile. And most of the time they let us know how much time it will take to do the job. We appreciate not having to worry about the job being done right. Thank you so much. We've bought our last four or five Buick cars from Randy Reed - we think Buicks are the best.

Great service!

I truly love that the service department keeps tabs on all the recommended service my vehicle needs. The most recent visit, all my car needed was an oil change which was free and I also received a complimentary car wash. The waiting area is nice and clean with free coffee and donuts, comfortable seating and television. The staff are always friendly and courteous.
