Perfect Car Buying Experience. Wonderful People.

I happened across this dealership by chance when I stopped in to browse. I was so fed up with other dealerships I'd been to and their incessant calls and high pressure sales tactics, and was so relieved when I found Reed Buick and my sales person Don Hundley. He was amazing and helped me find just what we had been looking for, for the right price. I can't say enough how lucky we were to find Reed Buick and Don. We will definitely be returning next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

great Honest Service

Randy Reed's service is as good as it gets. They do what they promised, and don't try to make work. There is an air of honesty throughout the dealership. We loved buying our car there, and am thankful they are there to do our service.

car service

Personnel were very courteous and attentative to detail, wait time was of a minimum, with donuts and coffee/tea in the waiting room.

Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had!

I was most impressed from the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove off with my brand new Buick Lacrosse. My car buying experience was supberb. Jeremy took the time to go over everything from paperwork, to syncing my phone to my car. Everyone was pleasant and kind. I would highly recommend Randy Reed to anyone looking to purchase a car. Jeremy Breshears

I had a flat tire, got it pumped up, took it to 3 tire places (2 did not have the time to work on it and the 3rd could not find any kind of reason for the tire to be flat)so I came back home on Sunday and again it went flat overnight so after getting my grandson to pump it up, I brought it to Randy Reed. They found the problem, fixed it and it probably was as cheap or cheaper than going anywhere else!

Wonderful experience!

Everyone who I have encountered was absolutely wonderful to work with. Jeremy was always knowledgeable and willing to answer any question or concern I had. The entire staff made car buying an easy and painless experience.

Great service, Excellent Customer Service

My battery died, and the service guys squeezed me into their busy day so that I missed as little work as possible. I was really in a jamb, and the professionalism and kindness that this crew (Randy Reed in North KC) consistently provides is absolutely stellar. I don't want to take my car anywhere else.
