i don't like how grease is all inside my car.

Most of the staff is great. I don't like when they say my car will be done in a few hrs. And you go there and it's still hasn't been touched. I have had lots of good experiences. But when Iam told something I expect it espically when Iam paying for it. Rick is a great asset to company!

Quick friendly service. They forgot to reset my notification for oil change. I get memo every time I start the car.

Facility and services excellent.

Great customer service

When my family and I were out of town attending my daughters basketball tournament, we noticed a odd smell from our explorer. I contacted Chenoweth Ford immediately and told them of the issue. They were very helpful and provided an appointment for my explorer to be checked out as soon as I returned home. I appreciate the prompt attention needed for my vehicle and the courteous staff.

Great Customer Service,

When purchasing my Subaru Legacy at Chenoweth Ford, I was extremely impressed by the way I was treated. Being only 22 years old. I was taken seriously. Tommy Maxwell treated me with the same respect that he would have if my parents or someone old than me was in his office. After making the choice to purchase my Subaru, the staff made it possible to drive away with my new car that evening even though it was 5 o'clock on Saturday. This is the 4th vehicle my family has purchased form Chenoweth, and certainly will not be the last.
