NEW CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE
Salesperson handled all the details for a smooth delivery process . Financing was a good experience with a very short wait to sign all the papers. The vehicle was cleaned and ready to go on time. The buying process was very comfortable without any pressure to sign a contract. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family for their automotive needs.

newly purchased
only owned certified car under 10,000 miles, less then 6 months had to replace battery(187.00) , rear trunk latch(dealer item over 300.00 had buy on amazon and do self since couldn't drive with trunk not closing , and was told rear breaks need done.. not happy, as well not able to tell me parts that are covered under the warranty without brining the car in... sales was great service ugh!!!!

Consistent Service and Pricing
Long term customer, drive past another CJD dealership to get to JSCJD because the prices are better. 60K and recall issue for our truck, service advisor saved me over $500 on my last visit by avoiding unneeded services. Service and Sales department is always honest even when it isn't in their financial interest - hope to be picking up a new vehicle again next year, last four vehicles from Jake Sweeney CJD.
