I took my 2014 Dodge Journey in for it's 75000 mile service. They did an excellent job. I was even able to have them install new tires for me. When I left, the car drove like new.

I had a recall on my Ram 1500, made an appointment to have the work done. The work was finished ahead of the time estimated.

Bought a Caravan last year at this dealership, and had a problem with it recently. Not sure of the exact cause, but the check engine light and another warning light would illuminate, and the vehicle would do crazy things when it was asked to accelerate. Jake Sweeney's tech was able to spot the problem, and correct it quickly. So far this has not recurred. He advised me as to a probable cause of it, and took care of me in a very professional manner. The service advisor and office personnel were helpful and friendly. I am very happy with the service experience. As a point of reference, I had called a competitive Dodge dealer closer to home, and was told that they were booked up until the end of the month (3 week wait... :( ) I was elated when the Jake Sweeney Tri County service adviser got me set up for an immediate appointment !

We stopped in to have 2 Ram recalls addressed and were taken right in! Everyone was kind and helpful , discussed necessary fixes for the recalls.

I bought a used Jeep here, and have had it in twice for oil changes and a recall. Their service department is the best I've ever encountered at a dealership. Fast service and great communication.
