2015 Chevy Equinox

Worked with Ashley Baker. Everything was ready when we arrived. Spent a little over an hour at the dealership. Everything was handled very smoothly and no pressure from anyone.

quality was good. Had a lot of work; tires, battery, tun-up, etc. Staff was great, helpful, did the work promised; did take awhile but still much work.

2020 ram 3500 dump truck

Purchased a ram 3500 dump truck, Ron was very informative and most helpful. Dealer had to install running boards for me and they delivered it to my house in Waynesville. After the delivery I discovered the trailer electrical plug in was damaged and unusable. I called Ron and he sent his people back to my home to pick it up. Waiting for them to return the truck back to me, I understand these things happen and I will fabricate a bracket around the plug in to protect it. So far, well satisfied with dealer attention to the issue. Ready to put this truck to work. Did not want to drive to Cincinnati area to purchase but the other dealers and I mean Chevy, Ford and Ram just were not interested in my situation. Ron made a sale that the other dealers missed.

2019 Dodge Charger SXT

This guy single-handedly lost a deal. Doesn’t follow up proactively and loves sarcasm...he’s trying to over-compensate for something, who knows The guy has zero clue on delivering a positive customer experience...I’ll pay more elsewhere vs deal with him

Very Disappointing with zero return call - COSTCO

I sent in an inquiry via the Costco vehicle purchase program for a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler. I did not receive any phone call or message. I called and left a message for Kevin Laxton and Marty Deitsch who were the contacts on the Costco form. ZERO return calls or messages. When I specifically left a message about a stock number I was interested in. A couple of days pass and I check the web site and that vehicle was sold. Still NO call...A week later I get a generic message about Jake Sweeney CDJ looking for a vehicle please text this number...Poor Customer Service! I purchased a Jeep from another dealership which they are delivering it to my house!

“Certified” vehicle was never fixed

I made six trips to this dealer in less than one month after my purchase of a $25,000 certified vehicle with 22,000 miles. So far it’s needed two struts and had an oil leak. I had to eventually take it to another dealer at my expense because they say nothing is wrong with your car or they’ve fixed it. They sold me a broken car, lied about my interest rate and warranty, as well as telling me nothing was wrong with this car. They will not return calls after you’ve purchased a car they claim to guarantee.

Jeep Wrangler
