Satisfaction Guaranteed

I went to the dealership with no specific plans of buying or leasing. I met with Evan Taylor and he walked me through each process of buying versus leasing. I told him I didn't want an excessive monthly bill. He showed me the used cars as well as the new car stock. He was very informative and well as exceptionally professional. I never felt pressured to buy or lease. He let the decision be mine and at the same time have all of the necessary facts that I needed to make a decision. Once I knew what I wanted I contacted Mr. Taylor and set up an appointment. He and the staff at Bennett Chevrolet gave me the most courteous and professional service. I would recommend Bennett Chevrolet to anyone. Best car experience ever!

A Great Day

Although I made first contact with Drew Bard, who was very helpful, on line, when I visited Bennett Chevrolet on a Saturday Matt Fabel assisted me in finding the best vehicle for my needs. Having only a 2002 Nissan Xterra in damaged and poor condition, with no cash deposit, Matt and the Financing Team worked hard to get me in the vehicle I chose. They allowed $6500 in trade for a 2013 Chevy Spark in excellent condition and low mileage. My financial standing is poor, having a small pension and bankruptcy 5 years ago, they were able to get me financing on the entire cost at 12%. I received three letters of denial indicating they tried several lenders in order to find one suitable for me. My visit was pleasant throughout the time I was there and found each employee I had contact with to be polite, professional, friendly and courteous. I left with my new car that day a happy man.

Just Looking, but bought new 2014 Impala

Stopped in just to look at the new 2014 Impala's and was met at the door by Jamie Maisano. She asked me if she could be of any help to me and I explained to her that I was there to look at the new Implala's. She told me she would be glad to show me around. She asked me what color, engine size, etc. I was interested in and showed me quite a few cars. I came across a dark grey Impala which i liked very much. Jamie asked if i would like to take it for a test drive, which I agreed to. She explained the excessories that the car came with and how some of them worked. We went for a test drive and I just fell in love with the car. We talked price and came to an agreement that day. I had already made arrangements with my Credit Union and was locked in for a special deal for a new car loan. Jamie forwarded all the information to my Credit Union for me, so that when I went to pick up the check, everything was ready for me. When I came back to pick up my new car, Jamie went out to the car with me, signed me on to On-Star, got my Bluetooth set up with my phone and went over all the buttons and switches in the car on how to operate everything. She also told me that even after I got home, if I had any questions on anything to give her a call and she would go over it with me, until I was satisfied I knew what I was doing. When I went back after my tag transfer went thru, Jamie came out and even put my old license plates on my new car. She once again asked if there were any questions, and I did go over a few items with her again, which she explained fully to me. I had my questions answered and thanked Jamie for going over those few things with me again. It was a real pleasure getting to know Jamie and doing business with her. There was no pressure put on me to purchase a new car, she just kept answering all the questions I had. It was my choice to purchase the new Impala, just hoping now that the new one lasts me close to the 14 years my 2000 Impala did, with just as little maintenance to keep it running good. I was very pleased with my 2000 Impala, that's why I was looking at the the new 2014 Impala's. So far, I am very pleased with my new car, and want to thank Jamie for being so helpful in my choosing to purchase one, when just out there looking.

A Dealership Without the Hassle

When my husband's older car was diagnosed as needing thousands of dollars worth of work and then some, we had come to the realization that a new or pre-owned car may be the only way to go. But where to go to get a decent price for our used vehicle? Bennett! With their $6000 trade-in it made looking at Pre-owned vehicles much more bearable. Along with a customer service team that went above and beyond to get us in the car and signed. They took all the fuss, hassle, and stress out of getting a new vehicle. My husband's words that morning before we went to Bennett were, "We are going to LOOK not BUY". That's how confident, friendly, and taken care of we were. We left with a vehicle. Updated June 14, 2014 The dealership is having difficulties from the state in regards to registration and tags. They were not proactive in getting temporary tags for us once the first set expired on the 13th. There answer for how to deal with driving the vehicle over the weekend is "we take responsibility" with no definition of what that means. Along with don't speed and hide the temporary tag so that if plates were to be looked out there would be no possibility of a ticket. The reason that the husband and I are having such an issue is that the title clerk could have easily printed another set up of temporary tags yesterday for us to pick up when we arrived last night at the dealership. VERY disappointed with the interactions with Bennett since purchasing the vehicle. UPDATE June 24, 2014 On the 14th Drew went above and beyond to get a new set of temporary plates till the permanent plates arrived.Plates arrived on the 24th. Dealership is amazing!

Buying a reliable used first car for my son

We put off looking for a reliable used car for our son for the past few months because we kept thinking about our previous experiences with other car dealers. What a surprise! We encountered a friendly, helpful salesman named Tony Rodio. He was more interested in listening to our needs and understanding our fanancial situation then trying to close a deal. I would recommend going to see Tony Rodio for any car needs new or used. If and when we are able to look for another car I would go back and use Tony again. cruz 2011

we bought a preowned cruz. From the very beginning Glen was excellent and had lots of patience while we test drove several vehicles. The dealership is very clean very efficient but not high pressure. they did everything the could to prep the car for us asap.. unfortunately we had to bring the car back and we we full of anxiety about it. again they were great about it, doing all the could to make us feel comfortable. we found anouther cruz and finalized the deal with no hassles. Cudos to Glen and Jim Bryant for helping "high maintenance" customers like us! we will definitely return and/or recommende this dealership. thanks again. ps Yasmine was excellent too..
