Although I've seen several rough reviews here, I've been up there three times and have had very good service. I do have a CEL/remote start issue and am hoping to make it #4 on the good reviews (even after I looked it up and replaced the FOB battery). I do my homework before going up, as I do with anything these days, but the staff has been very friendly, competent and good to work with, even one time that could've been challenging. The facility is clean, the staff pleasant from entry to exit, comfortable lounge for waiting. My $.02 worth on staffing, I figure good certified workers are probably hard to locate/keep, esp in this area. So, there may be a shortage of mechanics at times, which requires patience on the customer's part. So, if you want good customer service, come here or Chick-fil-A. Other than that, it's a roll of the dice.

Very upset

I am very upset that I get a recall letter and all that was wrong was the cabin filter it got changed I agreed but the mistake was that they don’t tell u how much the labor is $25.00 for cabin filter I think it is ridiculous since we have had this 2021 jeep truck we have had problems my grand total on my receipt says grand total $30.75 no where does it say $56.17….

Buy elsewhere

I've owned 5 or 6 Ram trucks previously and the sales experience at each dealership has been positive except for this one. Do yourself a favor and buy your vehicle anywhere else other than Urse. I live out of state and was trying to coordinate a purchase and dealt with a salesperson (Ametro) that would take days to answer questions. I called and asked for a sales manager so that I could expedite this purchase. I explained the situation (to Chad, I believe) only for them to transfer me seconds later right back to the same unhelpful salesperson. Apparently management can't be bothered to assist either. They're too busy to sell cars, so I would go elsewhere to a dealership that appreciates your business.

They don’t want to sell cars.

Stopped by interested in a DURANGO. We test drove it but the salesman we had spoke to to test drive it wasn’t available. After test drive we wanted to get a price on the vehicle. Salesman still wasn’t available and another sales person told us they would call us. That was 6 days ago and no one called. They don’t want to sell vehicles very badly.

Disappointed

I brought my Jeep in because i heard a grinding , they told me wat i needed to fix that would cost around 2500 , which wasn’t a issue i just needed it fixed. Needless to say the problem i had is still a problem. They fixed a bunch of things that i didn’t ask to be fixed and didn’t fix my initial issue at all . I spent over $1900 just for them to tell me the piece i actually needed was going to cost an additional $500 to buy . I never get a call back when they promise they will i never got any updates or anything , for 2 weeks . My key used to lock my doors but now it has to be manually done .

Oil change service

Walked in to get oil change. Pulled me up on tablet; service was fast anyone looking to get vehicle it’s dodge is where you should go. While waiting coffee was hot and fresh and ready. A dealership that understands its customers!

Terrible

Literally no one answers the phone or calls you back. My car is currently getting worked on and was suppose to pick it up after my appointment two days ago but still haven’t heard from anyone. Service department is TERRIBLE!!

Jeep Wrangler

Can’t seem to get ahold of the finance manager. Called him several times. He returned a call once. Sent him several things to his email. He still has never responded.

Great experience

Dealt with Amanda to buy new car and Weldon for the financing. Great people to work with. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted. Weldon was very personable and they were both a pleasure to deal with.
