Awesome and very friendly

Don is the best person in the dealership business hands down..!!!! This is the 4th vehicle that I have purchased from him,and I will continue to come and see him for all of my future purchases. Thank you Don for always treating me right..!!

Urse is the best

My family has dealt with Urse for many years and every deal has always won our loyalty time after time. My husband and I worked with Steve Shroyer to buy a used truck. He was very attentive, very customer focused, and just great to work with. Upon arriving to pick up our chosen truck, I noticed a small fray in the serpentine belt. While appraising our trade, they took the truck down and had the parts replaced right away. Before the deal was done, our truck was ready. Don Cutlip was very pleasant to negotiate with. He was more than fair and we left happy with the numbers. Dave in finance is very thorough. He went over everything with us and helped us get the loan that was right for us. Once everything was signed and done, Steve moved my daughter's car seat in our new truck. He also took the time to show us everything on our new truck, features that we probably wouldn't have even realized our truck came equipped with had he not taken the time to show us. Steve, we look forward to working with you again at Urse. Thanks for a great experience.

Purchased new Ram

I worked with Troy Sheets. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and didn't haggle me or go back and forth on price with sales mgr. I knew what I wanted when I came and Troy got me in and out of the dealership pretty quickly. I recommend this dealer and certainly would recommend working with Troy.

Terrible Experience

A few months ago I went to Urse Dodge to get an oil change and an employee from there took it upon himself to write down all of my personal information which included my name, address, phone number, and email address. An employee from Urse called me later and warned me that he was seen doing it. I was also told what he drove and if I received any phone calls or seen him to notify them immediately. About a week later I was sitting in my driveway and the stalker decided to drive by my house multiple times. I took pictures of his car going by and called Urse immediately. I was told he would be terminated from his job and to call the police so I did. There was a police report filed from the incident. After this happened not a single person or owner from Urse called me to apologize for what their employee did to me. Yesterday I needed some work done to my car and guess who is still employed there (the stalker). Something told me to ask if he was there when I called for the appointment and they said he wasn't there today. Needless to say when I arrived the service manager was waiting for me because he knew I was coming. This service manager wasn't working there at the time of the incident but he immediately handled the situation and went to Human Resources Department. After speaking to them I was told he was reprimanded what a slap in my face. I don't understand why any facility would protect an employee like they did. Supposedly he doesn't work there anymore after I was so upset over the situation and come to find out he did a similar thing to a female who works there. I had a $700.00 bill from the service department yesterday and even said why don't you all absorb the labor and I'll pay for the parts after all of this and all I received was a $50.00 discount. I was so humiliated yesterday and was very upset and crying in front of the entire service department and over 24 hours later still haven't received an apology from any of the higher up people that are in charge of Urse Dodge. I could have easily went public with this months ago but I didn't. But due to the lack of consideration I have been given by them I don't even care about their reputation. I know one thing I will never buy another car from Urse.

Great Experience

Brian McCullough was an excellent salesman and was very friendly and easy to deal with from the get-go. He and Blaise went the extra mile ans stayed after closing time to complete the sale of my Jeep Renegade. I was very happy with my experience and will certainly be considering Urse for my next vehicle purchase.

Steve you rock!!!

Great customer service, very patient, worked for us and all around very pleased!! We bought our first car here and wouldn't trade it for the world!! Thank you all for being patient and helping us out tremendously!!! If you get a chance work with Steve Shhroyer helped us get the car and all around an amazing person!!!

SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE MORGANTOWN, WV STORE!

I walked into the Morgantown Urse dealership ready to trade in my 2014 vehicle (the second car I had bought from them). I don't like playing the car salesman games....the back and forth and waiting for hours upon hours..... I had made that perfectly clear when I purchased my previous vehicles and made it clear on this most recent visit as well. Yet, they still opted to treat me as if I was a naive, under-educated consumer and presented me with a ridiculous, insulting offer for my trade. They apparently didn't hear me when I said what my ideal payment for vehicle I was interested in was because their numbers made me literally, laugh out loud. The new sales manager proceeded to make his way over to my table and attempted to 'educate' me on how their sale and lease processes were set up. As an very experienced and highly-educated consumer, I am fully aware of how the process does and should go down. Needless to say, I did NOT(nor will I ever) make a purchase from them!!!! The very next weekend, I decided to travel a little south the other Urse dealership in Whitehall/Fairmont and I am SO VERY happy I did!! Little did I know that I would eventually run into a very familiar face! My fiancé and I were initially greeted by an AMAZING salesman, new to the world of car sales, Mr. Steve Shroyer! He was exquisitely dressed and beyond polite! I made it very clear that I was there due to the terrible experience I had in Morgantown, I knew what vehicle I wanted, and I wasn't there to play games. He immediately apologized for my previous interaction and assured me that he would do whatever he could to make up for it....and that he did! A bit later in our visit, after our test drive and deciding to move forward with my purchase, we bumped into our familiar face...Mr. Donnie Johnson. Donnie was who EXPERTLY assisted my fiancé and I through our 3 previous purchases (2 by me, 1 by my my fiancé) at the Urse dealership in Morgantown! We were unaware that he had taken a position at the Whitehall/Fairmont dealership but VERY pleasantly surprised! Needless to say, Donnie jumped in to assist Mr. Shroyer through the remainder of the day. They, as well as the rest of the staff there were courteous, generous, attentive and above all, they spoke to us politely and respectfully throughout the duration of our time there (Side note: The dealership closed at 5 pm but everyone stayed until 9 pm just for us!). We were treated so well that, in the end, not only did I purchase a new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk (THAT I LOVE), my fiancé also purchased an amazing blue 2017 Challenger GT! So, Lesson Learned Urse of Morgantown....treat your customers well and they will buy....disgraceful customer service skills will get you ZERO sales!!!!!!!!!! Purchase from Steve and Donnie at Urse of Fairmont! YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!

The dealership was very professional and we had no problems with trading in our vehicle and the leasing our new 2017 Jeep Renegade. Thank you very much.

Blaise is AWESOME!

I will definitely buy from Blaise again! He has gone out of his way to be helpful. He came in on his day off to meet me. Blaise is very personable, truthful and professional! I highly recommend Blaise!!!!!

Service Dept Does Not Care

I called on different occasions to schedule a service appt. No one answers in the Service Department so I left messages stating my name, phone number and why I was calling. No call backs at all. I live in White Hall, WV near Urse Dodge but I now take my Durango to Country Club Dodge in Clarksburg, WV. I am baffled why the Urse Dodge Service Dept. does not care to acknowledge their customers. Poor service. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to a different place.
