Buying my first NEW car at Lebanon Ford was a good and informative experience overall. Kevin was really knowledgable, extremely patient, and friendly. There was a really nice atmosphere inside the dealer, and the sales staff (patricularly Kevin and the Manager Zach) were very laid back. The only flaw about the visit (and this is inpart my fault due to nervousness and indecisiveness), was that Kevin tried to persuade me into buying a Focus instead of a Fiesta. I understand he was looking out for my wallet and that's greatly appreciated, but at the end of the day what the customer WANTS outweighs whatever the best deal is. I would definitly recommend Lebanon Ford to friends and family. Keep up the good work guys!

My experience at lebanon ford was awesome. Charlie & Andrew made me feel very at ease and comfortable while i looked at the vehicle i was interested in and filled out the paperwork. They were friendly and helped me in any way they could, from answering all my questions to getting me into my new suv. A big thanks to charlie & andrew for making my car buy a good one.

I was looking for a newer truck to buy than the 1999 Dodge I had. I found a nice 2002 Ford F150 on the Better Business website. (BBB) I called Lebanon Ford and talked to Nate Nickell on the phone. He was honest, and friendly to talk to from the start. I ended up buying the truck. Nate and Bill Nickell was very friendly and helpfull throughout the whole process.

My experience at Lebanon Ford exceeded expectations in every way imaginable. We were in the market for a new car, and did n ot have a lot of time since our current vehicle was not operable. Our sales associate, Travis Andrewswas more than willing to spend whatever time was necessary to help us find a vehicle. His patience with our struggles to decide was greatly appreciated. Ultimately we purchased a vehicle that we had not expected, but was definitely the right choice for us. This dealership was very nice to work with. After being at different car lots all day we we not certain as to what we wanted. They let us drive the vehicle for the weekend to help us decide. They also worked with us well after closing time. We were unaware that they were already closed before we even stopped.

Travis was extremely pleasant to deal with as well as the managers. We had no intentions of buying on that day until they assured us how good of a product they had. Great people, very nice facility and very timely!! Will buy there again. The Lusks

I have purchased 3 Ford Vehicles from this dealership since 2002. I have referred several friends who have also pruchased from them too. I have alaways appreciated their friendliness and they always make me feel welcome... especially in the service Department. They call me by name when I go to the Service Dept and I know they will take good care of my vhicles. Ric has been there for me for many years n service and recently Jason has worked with me in getting service for both my Ford vehicles and my Hyundai. they have made dropping off and picking up my vehicles convenient and have also made time to schedulemy service on an emergency basis when needed or around my travel schedule. I plan to continue having my vehicles serviced at Lebanon Ford.

Fantastic service, very business like. I highly recommend this dealership and salesperson. I researched the truck for a long time (over a year) and waited for the options I wanted to become available. Kody worked with me that whole time and made sure all my questions were answered. He was very easy to contact over email text messaging and phone and returned my call/texts/emails promptly with friendly demeanor. I will be going back to Kody for future purchases.
