Many had failed, but Tyler at Pilsons did not!

I had a great experience with Tyler Orr! He put me into the exact vehicle I wanted. He was extremely pleasant to deal with. We came here to just look and left the lot with a new 2010 Jeep Commander. I would recommend Pilson Auto Center to many of my friends and family members. I was truly happy with my service! Tyler is also running a Fundraiser for the Mattoon Youth Wrestling Club and a $100 donation to the club from my purchase is pretty cool.

Good experience with Tyler Orr

Tyler did everything he could to get me into a truck today! I had a great experience overall for my first time purchasing from a dealership. Tyler listened to my needs and I ended up with the newest, nicest truck I have ever owned! Thank you Tyler and thank you Pilsons!

Tyler Orr The Pilson Salesman

Tyler Orr was very helpful with my car buying experience! He wasn't pushy and didn't over sell the additional products to me and I greatly appreciate that. He took his time to make sure my purchase was as fast and easy as possible. I would not have any issues going to Pilson's again, and I would definitely use Tyler again.

Great Services

We purchased a used Lincoln MKX and could not be happier with the quality of our vehicle. Chris Miller helped us out and was patient with us every step of the process. He was laid back, not pushy, and gave us a great deal. Everyone was helpful and made our first experience wonderful!

Excellent customer service

The service is always excellent at Pilson's. I was most appreciative of John, who in his first day as service manager at the Charleston location, was able to get approval to replace a bent wheel on my daughter's Ford Escape. I have the road hazard tire insurance but the insurance company had been refusing to cover it for the previous two weeks. On his first day on the job, when he took over the case, he got approval to replace the wheel. I appreciate his professionalism & personal attention & quick resolution of the problem. As always, I am appreciative of the mechanics at Pilson's who do great work with my automobile. Jason Lord especially does an excellent job of maintaining our vehicle, and I always choose to take my car to the Charleston location for service for that reason.
