Great service, great employees, clean facilities.

Vehicle repair

The staff were all very friendly, however I wasn't told anything about the rental car that was provided to me, I did ask if the lights were automatic and was told yes, that is all the info I had on the vehicle, I would have preferred if they told me a little about the car, ie: windows, mirrors, etc. I took my car over on a Monday evening and I had to call of Thursday afternoon to see how things were going. My overall experience was good tho.

Great service! Knowledgeable friendly staff.

The staff at pilsons was very helpful. Furnishing our family with a loaner car immediately was wonderful. The service department contacted me with service updates on the broken vehicle and took care of the paperwork needed. It was a worry free experience. Well done!

Great service coffee was fresh

It was a headliner problem (rattle in moon roof) after third try I think we got it fixed. Thanks this was warranty work everyone I worked with was very professional.

Nice Place To Do Business!

Salesperson Tyler Orr took care of helping my husband make a deal on a 2010 Toyota Tacoma 4 x 4 Truck. I was pleased that he was willing to work with us and listen to our thoughts. He Is new and eager to assist customers in finding a vehicle to suit what they may need. I may be returning to purchase a suv for myself in the future :). Toyota Tacoma

Very fast response to initial e-mail. Very straight forward on deal. My salesman Tyler Orr took care of everything in a nice, and timely manner. I would definitely do another deal here again and I genuinely enjoyed my experience! I would recommend Tyler as a salesman to anyone.

Excellent customer service! Thank you! Anytime I need service repair, regular servicing, or recall repairs the service department is courteous and completes the job in a timely manner.
