Service for Ford Focus 2008

No problems during this visit. I had an appointment, and the Service Department was ready for my car when I arrived. Facilities were neat and tidy, and a waiting room was available with TV.

sERVICE dESK AND AREA WAS TRULEY PROFESSIONAL AND ON-TIME

REPAIR WORK WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY DONE ASAP. SERVICE PEOPLE WERE GREAT, SPSPECIFICALY HOWIE AND KIM. THE LEFT TURN SINGLE AND THE FUSE BOX BENEATH THE STEERING COLUMN HAD TO BE REPLACED.

The staff here is truly amazing and will greet you in a way that will bring your at buying anxieties to a rest. New or used, please don?t overlook them and their location from you. Misled on certain issues with the F150

Not happy with Sales or Service. Misled on issues with the F150, then was told thats just the way it is. Just not happy.
