Do not use this service department

On March 27, 2015 I took my 2011 Kia Soul to this dealership for my annual WV inspection because it is the sister dealership of the Parsons Kia dealership in Virginia where I purchased my car new. I arrived for the inspection at 11:30 and by 11:48 it was done despite the fact I was told it would take 30-45 minutes. I left the dealership between 11:50-11:55 and by noon I was sitting at the top of the SB I81 Dry Run Road ramp having miraculously avoided a fatal accident when my accelerator stuck at 70 mph and my clutch failed, according to Kia, due to "normal wear and tear". The car only has 63,000 miles. Either Parsons Ford jammed the car mats under the accelerator (I know this is what happened but they refuse to admit it) or they never even did the inspection, or they realized there was a clutch problem when they moved the vehicle in and out of the shop. But I had to pay over $1300 to fix my car that was perfectly fine when I took it for the routine inspection. These people were downright nasty throughout. Avoid this dealership, and the sister dealership in Winchester, VA like the plague! Would I recommend this dealership? I wish I could put a thousand times no!

very first service on my new Lincoln!

It was so nice to get my serviced car back so nice and clean. Love that benefit from Lincoln. All of the issues were addressed and explained. Great job!

New Ford Escape

I enjoyed purchasing my Ford Escape at Kent Parson's Ford very much. My salesman Dave Wilt was very pleasant and cordial to deal with. The whole process was rather quick and simple, and hassle free. All of the staff members were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle from Kent Parson's Ford to my family and friends. Lincoln Navigator

I have a Lincoln Navigator and the car is absolutely amazing. We have never had any severe problems with the car. The costumer service at Kent Parsons Ford is Stellar...!!! Great service and great people!

Customer service and facilities were great.

I ordered and received 7 weeks later a 2015 Mustang GT Premium Convertible. The staff was great, internet, sales and finance. All the paperwork was completed before I went for the pick-up. Lot guy drove my other car home for me and I gave him a lift back (big thank you on that). I couldn't be more pleased.

New car--great!

I purchased a Ford Focus. I liked taking it for a test drive, after knowing that I could adjust the driver seat. The car seems sporty and reliable. David Wilt was certainly professional and amiable, and I feel as if I got a fair deal from an honest person.
