Happy Customer

Colton Pettyjohn sold me my 2016 Buick Encore Base SUV. That man totally went way over and beyond the call of duty in my book! Which I might add I have high standards. Personable and professional! No pressure but knows his cars. You won't be sorry if you deal with Colton.

Untrustworthy sales department

We had contacted the salesman a week before and no one else had called at that time. The salesman sent all the pictures when the truck arrived. We scheduled an appointment to look at it. Then he called and said the truck sold! We've worked with other trustworthy dealers and they let us know if someone else is interested but let us know we had called first. This dealership is untrustworthy!

Customer

Great buying experience with Kim at the Charleston location. They brought the Envision to my home for me to test drive then we were able to work out all the details using emails. When I went to pick it up it was ready to go. There was no pressure and all of my questions were answered by Kim or the finance specialist who explained all of my options for coverage. I am very pleased with the entire purchasing experience at Diepholz and would highly recommend them to my family and friends!

I used the online method and John Bush and Mike had me out of there with my new vehicle in less than 45 minutes. Awesome

2012 chevy traverse

I called in ahead of time to make sure the vehicle would be ready when I got to the dealership and was told it would be ready on my arrival. When I got there for the test drive couldn't find the car or the salesman I talked to. I finally spot the salesman and ask about the car I wanted to test drive he said it had a low tire and they were bringing it around. I stood around for another 30 minutes like I was invisible with salesman walking, must of been because I was wearing old work clothes or something. Anyway I stop the salesman I talked to earlier if there was a problem with the vehicle he no and walked away with no explanation. I wait another 15 minutes and decide to leave, the salesman sees me leaving and follows me to my truck without saying a word. On the Brightside I found the same vehicle in Effingham for $1500 less. Remember if you didn't buy at Diepholz you probably paid to much.

Great experience !!!!!

My wife and I we’re looking for a truck. And we looked at many. Trucks were selling like crazy. We stopped in here to look at another truck. But it had sold by time we got there. As we looked at trucks there. They left us alone to look and we really liked that. So we decided to test drive this truck went in side and our salesman Mr. Van Gundy was very polite and professional and courteous to our needs. Never pressed at any time in the process. So thank u😎. The truck we bought need a couple things and Mr. Van Gundy was quick to say we’ll take care of that. And they did. Thank u Mr. Van Gundy we love our new truck it’s Awesome 😎.

Great experience!

Kim Van Gundy was very helpful but relaxed enough that I didn’t feel pressured at all. Overall, this was a great car-buying experience! I would recommend Kim if you’re looking for a car.

Kim Van Gundy. Sales

Kim was awesome! Took time to talk to me on the phone about what I was looking for and about my trade in. When we arrived, he had vehicles for me to see and test drive as well as a list of others I might want to consider. Information on all of them ready to go! I was impressed by his honesty and how everyone worked as a team to get me what I wanted Hospitality... plenty of it. Not just for me but others coming in as well. I left the dealership one VERY happy consumer!! I will recommend Kim and the crew at Diepholz to all my friends.
