Ongoing electrical problem that 4 other dealerships couldn't locate or solve. I was 300 miles away from home and had to get to the closest dealership as fast as I could. I couldn't have been luckier that day. Service Tech Jacob was the only person after 10,000 miles and 5 dealerships that took the time to properly trouble shoot my problem, locate the issue, and fix the problem. If I had a major problem in the future, I would drive 300 miles so Jacob could solve it, the first time. I have NEVER been so impressed with any dealership as I was with Diepholz!

I have been looking for quite some time to replace my 2002 Jeep. Probably reviewed and seriously considered over 25 Jeeps in the course of about six weeks. We drove over to look at the Jeep at Diepholz Auto Group in Paris, Illinois. Not only did the Jeep turn out to be a great buy, I felt like this team of auto dealers was certainly reasonable and there was no pressure. In fact, in the panic of not having a car payment since 2002, I nearly backed out of purchasing this Jeep. Again, absolutely no pressure...ended up with this Jeep in less than 48 hours from look-see to ownership. I assure you I had not receive this kind of respect and consideration from any other dealership. Furthermore, I was really impressed with the business office. I did need to finance my vehicle; a better interest-rate was found through Diepholz then I was able to find. I wish I had let them do ALL the research! I have already recommended Diepholz Auto Group in Paris to a couple of friends seeking newer vehicles.

We had been using the service department at Diepoltz in Paris for some time and have been extremely satisfied with their work and their desire to be helpful. On Black Friday we traded for a 2017 Traverse off their lot and we love it. We got a good trade in on our old Traverse and Ann of the sales personnel were helpful and friendly. Our salesman had texted us several times to see how we are liking the car and to wish me a happy birthday. This will be our dealership from now on.

We were in a very tenuous situation and were shopping on the internet. The desire to work with us was not found in our town. Andy Tibbs followed with us for nearly a month chasing far and wide found us the right car, color and options at the right price. He clearly wanted to serve the customer's best interest. The buying process could not have been better as we were greeted by the owner, Ron, the business mgr., Mike and the service Mgr, Sherri. Everything was put in place by Andy and in short order we drove away in our 2016 Malibu. The only service follow-up was handled in short order as a license plate bracket needed to be ordered and arrived in 2 days. Doing business with Diepholtz was the most enjoyable and successful in my 50 plus years of purchasing automobiles. Cudos to all. Wish we had started here years ago. I would highly recommend this dealership to be your first stop when looking to purchase an automobile.

This is our fifth vehicle from Diepholz Auto. Andy was our salesman, very professional and listened to what we wanted, including the color. The service department is always friendly and fast, no long waiting for your car to get serviced. They check everything, which keeps repairs low and I don't worry about a breakdown on the road.
