First of all, I LOVE MY CAR!! My mother-in law just came to live with us, she has a 2013 Cadillac cts. We drove from NY to CA in it would not trade my car for hers ever!! We actually had fun buying our car! The two guys we worked with were excellent salesmen. Thank you to them. Once again WE LOVE our car!!!!!!

Bill got us a great deal on our new Ford Escape!
Bill was my salesperson and he did an excellent job in all aspects of this purchase; he made all the paperwork go smoothly in the process that involves others at the dealership, and he covered everything that needed to be done in a highly efficient manner. We are very happy to have found Bill and see how things go so well at this dealership, and are very appreciative of the good deal we got that we believe was of benefit to all. This was the best car buying experience I ever had after many new car purchases. Bill is great!

How to take of customers after the sale
I have been in automotive for 40 years and all I can say is your service is the best in Northern Calif or the best anywhere . From your Service department , Parts department, Sales and Vince you have the best of everything. Far above other car buying experiences
This purchase was a new 2014 Ford Escape SE. Comparing the salesperson Bill Daniels to other dealerships over the years of several new car transanctions, this was the easiest ever. Bill was calm and polite with no pressure. He worked out the terms to make transaction feasible and appealing. The thing that made this work so well is that we were able to interact with Bill instead of two or more staff members as is usually the case when buying a new car. Indeed, in comparison, the several other dealers we talked to were either lacked knowledge, or distracted by artificial problems. But, with Bill at Oroville Ford, everything went smoothly, was forthright, and done in a timely manner. My wife and I have already told relatives and acquaintances specifically about Bill's efficiency and also Oroville Ford overall, and give you the highest of recommendations. Good news travels fast, so we it is certain that this will all return to Bill and the dealership in good ways in the form of additional sales for years to come. In today's world these kind of things matter greatly to everyone in society. This experience was truly a positive and amazingly effective one that everyone benefited from and so it merits the extra praise as given here.

Bennie Brown's Oroville Ford
Zac Byrd was very helpful and patient as we looked at cars, and I thought I had my heart set on an Escape. However, I took one look at the CMAX and wanted to test drive the car. It was good looking and I love the color. Needless to say, I chose the CMAX and Zac was wonderful about entertaining me while Jamie Hashemi worked his magic. When the approval finally came through, I believe Zac and Jamie were as excited as me!! They were both awesome to work with and I just so appreciated their patience and determination to help make this happen! Oroville Ford is just amazing and I had a great experience!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE MY 2013 FORD ESCAPE!!! I WENT IN WITH CASH, TOLD THEM WHAT I NEEDED DUE TO SPINAL INJURY AND IN 2 MINS WAS SEATED IN THE DRIVER SEAT OF MY NEW CAR -- CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT!! THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS ONE OF THEIR NEIGHBORS AND NOT JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BENNY BROWN'S OROVILLE FORD AND WILL BUY MY FUTURE CARS THERE AS WELL. I ONLY HAD ONE SLIGHT HICCUP WITH A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT THAT DEALER REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY, SOME KIND OF HEATER VALVE OR SOMETHING.
