I havs a medical condition with a note from my doctor to not wear a mask. I have 1 lung. When I go inside with the salesman he says that is fine. When I get inside another person says we need to put a mask on. He doesn't honor my doctor's note. Now mind you,he is with a customer and he doesn't have a mask on either. I pointed that out but he didn't care. We left and will never go back. They lost a sale. We bought a vehicle from another dealership that did honor my doctor's note.

I've received requests for a review of my service experience on my cell phone but it only allows Facebook or Google reviews. I don't have accounts at either one and don't want them, but I love Bob Ross Buick. I had both my cars in for service over the last two weeks and my experience was beyond expectations. Eric in service handled both and went way above and beyond. No one could ask for more!

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado from Bob Ross. I am very pleased with the truck, how it was presented on the forecourt and how it was very clean (especially with what is going on in our lives just now) for my test drive. Dan Meyer is a tremendous sales man, who makes you feel comfortable and reassured in what you are buying. I recommend anyone to buy at Bob Ross, thanks Dan.

Relaxing
My wife and I stumbled across a vehicle we were interested in . From the beginning until the end of the transaction the dealership worked with me to make sure everything went smooth without any stress . This is the 2nd vehicle I bought from the dealership and will not be the last !

Not flexible
I drove up from Cincinnati to see about purchasing a 2017 Certified Chevy Tahoe LT with 16k miles stickered at $45,995. Their offer was rather insulting. They wanted full price for their used vehicle while offering me $8k trade in on my 2015 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring Edition. I have an offer in hand from CarMax to buy the Mazda for $12k, in line with Kelly Blue Book “trade in” value for “good condition”. Performance Toyota valued my trade at $11,410 while looking at a similar used Chevy Tahoe (also a 2017 LT model with 28k miles listed for $42,800) at their dealership. Once I showed Performance my written CarMax offer they agreed to match it. Bob Ross apparently only wants to sell vehicles at full price and only wants your trade if they can steal it from you...they want to pick both of your pockets at the same time. I don’t know if they are trying to make up for lost revenue during the Covid shutdown or if they are just used to preying on the elderly at their Buick dealership but at best they are simply lazy, indifferent and aloof with regard to giving you a fair deal. Not worth the drive and wish I had also read the Yelp reviews about this place before I wasted an afternoon and half a tank of gas making the trip to look at the Tahoe. Supposedly the used car market is tight right now but I’m seeing over 100 used Tahoes advertised online within 50 miles of me and if the used market was that tight I would expect my trade to be fairly valued as well. They can’t expect to be off the grid below even the lowest KBB on trade while still selling their vehicle at full sticker price (which means the sales tax will also be inflated). Save your time and effort unless you have unlimited funds burning a hole in your pocket and you don’t have a backyard to take it out and set it on fire.

I am writing this review on behalf of Bob Ross Dealership, Dan Meyer and Kathleen Mayer. I bought a vehicle that was posted on Carfax. It was below book value and just what I was looking for. I met with Dan and he laid everything out on the table and went over everything with me. Very transparent. I appreciate that. I did not even barter the price. Everything went so smooth. Kathleen had all the red tape all together and insured we understood everything we were signing. They both went out of there way and I experienced the best customer service in a long time. Being a 2018 it had a minor problem, and Dan scheduled a service appointment and fixed it in no time. The service department was an excellent experience also. I have a great warranty, no worry for a long time. I like that too. All in all I will be buying our next car from them, with service like that they have a customer for life. Thanks to all Chuck
