Great dealership!
I've just bought a new 2017 GMC Canyon Denali from Bob Ross. The entire experience went perfectly smoothly, and all of the excellent staff were very helpful. Jerry went out of his way to the point of coming in on his day off to help me get this sale completed on the one day I could drive up from Nashville. Highly recommended!

Impressive Dealership and Staff
Made appointment with Bob Ross Auto Group President to look at new Buick automobiles and have my 2007 Impala appraised. President referred me to Bill Klapper, General Sales Manager, who worked out one fantastic deal on a new 2017 Buick La Crosse. Dan Choi, sales representative, then accompanied me on test drive, and completely had all of the paperwork ready for my signature when I returned to pick up the car. Finance Manager worked out the financing and we were ready to go once Dan explained the basic features and functions of the La Crosse. The easiest and most comfortable experience I have ever had in buying a new automobile ever. All questions were answered in plain language and time closing the deal was minimized. Director of Fixed Operations was unprofessional
I came in with a warranty claim which was initially approved by a GM warranty representative after an inspection by the Service Department. I was then referred to another dealer for the warranty repair. That dealer reinspected the vehicle and said their GM warranty rep denied coverage. He then said he would check with Bob Ross Auto Group about the fact that their GM rep approved the warranty repair. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Steven Bastian, the Bob Ross Service Department manager. Rather than simply honoring their word, or at least apologizing for their error, Mr. Bastian was rude and combative on the call in response to my questions. He would not even acknowledge that he and the GM rep had approved the repair. Until then, my experience with other Bob Ross representatives had been very good. Mr. Bastian changed that experience in one short phone call. I would never buy from Bob Ross GMC or get my car serviced there, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Very poor and unprofessional conduct.

The Director of Fixed Operations was rude and condescending

I was then referred to another dealer for the warranty repair. The second dealer conducted another inspection and said their warranty rep would not approve it. This dealer said they would check with the Bob Ross GMC service department and get back with me. Instead, I received a phone call from Steven Bastian, the Bob Ross GMC Director of Fixed Operations. While telling me that GM would now refuse coverage after approving it earlier, Mr. Bastian rudely responded to my questions about how this happened, using statements like "what part of this don't you understand?" Very poor customer service approach. Disappointed that GM would condone this sort of sarcasm and condescension by its representatives. Final note: all of the other employees at the Bob Ross service department were professional and friendly.

James, thank you for telling us about your experience. We can certainly understand your frustration and are sorry you feel this was a mistake on our part. However, during our meeting we explained to you that this was a situation we had not encountered but would try to see what we could do to help. Since we no longer have a body shop, we referred you to a third-party body shop where, upon further inspection of your Yukon, they discovered the vehicle had previously been repaired incorrectly which lead to your rust issue. Since this was not a GM error, the fix would not be covered by GM. At this point, we would suggest contacting the dealership where you made the purchase and discussing the matter with them. Thank you.
Exceptional Service!!
Let me tell you that I hope that Jenell Ross realizes what a phenomenal staff she possesses. Everyone there makes you feel like family right when you walk in the door. My family has been buying all of our cars there since 2012 (I think 7 cars in total), and would never go anywhere else (after having a bad experience from another dealership). Doug, Bill S., Dan, Butch, Tonya, Tyrone, Joe, Bill K., Mike J. and anyone else that I missed are truly amazing. They are very knowledgeable and have never pressured myself or anyone into buying a vehicle. I couldn't be happier. Lastly I would like to say a big thank you to Bill Klapper and Mike Johnston for always going the extra mile to always making every visit special. 100% Satisfied Fiat, Buick and GMC Customers!!!

Bob Ross has great customer service.
Roger Hoffman spent a great deal of time finding just the right car to meet my needs and showing me all the details of every option the car had and how everything worked so I was completely comfortable when i drove my beautiful Encore off the lot. He's the best. Also, the finance lady was very nice and accommodating . Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Bob Ross and Roger Hoffman.

Wish they wanted our business
We walked in ready to buy. Test drove two trucks. Left our number as they were to check on a couple additions to the truck we chose. Was a 2016 that "they were trying to get rid of". Didn't hear from them for 4 hours. We texted them. Then called. Offered cash. They didn't seem interested. Times have truly changed. Loved our sales person, love to buy from good people. They were not interested at all!

Top notch, easy and professional car buying experience
Our family had the opportunity of looking for a Yukon XL to upsize with our family. Fortunately, we dealt with a senior sales associate Tom Spears for our car buying experience. He literally made the whole process very low pressure, straight forward, and treated us like his own family. He was extremely knowledgeable about all vehicle models and options and truly presented us with the perfect package for our family. If he knew we weren't happy with a vehicle he would literally search the nation for what we wanted until we were happy. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle with Bob Ross auto group, to utilize Tom as their sales contact. His experience and professionalism is readily apparent and is backed up by his years of accolades and awards with the dealership. Bob Ross as a dealership were also very welcoming and nice. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The facilities were very well maintained and clean. I had no problem allowing my kid crawl on the floor because of such. We are super happy with our new vehicle and look forward to working with Tom and this dealership again in the future.
