I purchased a used pre-certified car from Stoops and have been very pleased with this dealership in every way. After I took my car home I found a couple minor things that needed repaired and I called my salesman Tony Jones (whom I would definitely recommend). He set me up with the service department This service team is outstanding! They were courteous, efficient, and took care of the problems. They shuttled my wife and I to the mall while the car was being repaired. I live in Terre Haute and bought this car about seventy miles away. Even though there is a Buick dealership just five miles from my house I will continue to take my vehicles to Stoops for my service. There is no comparison to the level of service between these dealerships,

As always I was impressed with my experience at Stoops. Mr Gill took care of me in the service department. He was very helpful and pleasant. I felt valued as a customer. I had made an appointment to have oil changed, tires rotated etc. I was in and out in less than one hour. While in the waiting room, employees came in and asked if I wanted coffee, hot chocolate etc. Kudos to the staff at Stoops. You people are the best.

We just purchased a 2013 Buick LaCrosse from Steve Willett @ Stoops Buick,Plainfield In. Steve offered no hype, pressure or fluff. That's pretty rare these days and much appreciated . I dropped one star because the wait to do the paper work was too long. We'll pass the good word and go back again.
