I came from 300 miles away and was pleased by the whole experience. Friendly and accommodating, the salesman put the truck on hold for me until I arrived there. It was perfect! The deal spoke for itself-- there was no hard sales pitch, the finance manager found an incredible rate, and the doc fee was very low compared to other dealers. Showroom was spotless and it was just as easy and pleasant an experience as you will ever have in purchasing a vehicle.

John Conway was the salesman that helped me buy my new 2015 GMC Sierra 1500. He made me feel comfortable the entire time and was very knowledgeable about everything I was concerned about. I took home more than one truck and kept over night and I never felt pressured to buy or bring the vehicle back right away. John had a great sense of humor and we will be going straight to him for our next new car. Jim Meyers is the owner/GM and he was great as well. He took a lot of time out of his busy schedule to help our deal out and you could tell he genuinely cared about getting us in a vehicle we were completely happy with. Very, very nice guy!

This is my second new car purchase here. I came back due to the execellent customer service I receive from Stoops service department. Salesman John Conway also gave me excellent customer service during my recent purchase of my new 2015 Buick Encore.

Upon entering the dealership I was approached by Steve Willett. He assisted me through the whole process of finding the vehicle I desired. The staff was very nice and guided me throughout the entire process.

I actually went in to Stoops dealership just to check a few cars out, wasn't sure what I wanted. Word of mouth led me to this dealership first. They don't swarm you! Checked out several cars until they found one that was just right. I knew it once I sat in the car and drove it! Steve and Ryan were very helpful in finding the car that was just right! My experience at Stoops was very pleasurable. There was no high pressure from the staff. I am pleased with the money I spent on a used truck. After my purchase I did have an issue with my battery going dead when I brought the vehicle home. I called and they replaced the battery without hesitation. I will be going back to this dealership in the future.
