"Shady"

I called about a car they had advertised online. I live over an hour away and they assured me the car was still available but after I arrived I was told I couldnt drive the car because it was being serviced. I was called the next day saying the car was ready for me to test drive after another hour drive I was finally able to drive the car. I decided to purchase the car but when we sat down to do the deal I was told they wouldnt sell me the car at the advertised price because they had too much in it! They raised the price almost double what they had it advertised for on their website! I feel this is very bad business. I will never go back to any Andy Mohr dealership and will tell everyone I know or meet about their shady practices.

Great friendly Service Department

Was greeted by a friendly staff, listened to my needs and took care of my service request. Waiting area was clean and was able to have a cup of tea while I waited. Will return as required to keep my van running as it should. Only draw back is Ford no longer offers the Windstar.

Good Service For Most Part

I had a decent experience when getting my vehicle serviced. Blake, the service associate, was very helpful and and got the process of getting my tire and wheel replaced rolling quickly. However, I did have one complaint. I purchased the tire & wheel protection plan when I purchased my Fusion earlier this year. There were a couple of days I had to wait while Andy Mohr Ford struggled to submit the 'proper paperwork' to the tire & wheel protection company. This was frustrating as the customer should not be inconvenienced when the hiccup is on the dealer / warranty company side. After discussing this with Blake, he did end up giving me a loaner vehicle to drive in the meantime while things got sorted out. Other than that, everything went well.

Bought a low end used car. Lonnie Baker couldn't have been more helpful on a deal that I'm sure he wasn't going to make a lot of money on.

clean facility-enjoyed salesman, L. C.

My salesperson was very helpful. I was frustrated only with the low ball amounts your appraisers and others involved in the valuation process of the trade in vehicles. We bought a 2015 Escape SE. Again my salesman is helpful in working with us to get a couple of spots on the vehicle resolved.
