Third time's the charm.
This wasn't my first, or even second attempt to buy a used car here. The problem: I'm cheap! To make a long story short, I got to the Jeff Schmitt about 90 minutes before close on a Sunday, and drove my car home that evening. I was able to meet Tim, test drive the car, have my trade appraised, come to an agreement on price and terms, fill out all paperwork, AND drive my new to me car home that evening!!! They even had it all detailed and gassed up. Go see Tim Muterspaw if you're in the market, I did!

Great SUV purchasing experience!
I must say I did extensive online research to attempt to identify the correct next SUV for me and my wife. My research kept pointing me towards the Cadillac Escalade for our needs requiring a large luxury SUV. Top 3 every model year in customer satisfaction and quality. I identified a 2015 premium at Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. The vehicle was priced very competitively when compared to other dealerships. Not only was the pre-owned certified vehicle nice, it seemed like it was brand new!!! My salesperson, Tim Muterspaw reviewed the warranty, the features, and the facilities. Tim and staff were a joy to work with on the purchase. My wife and I left feeling great about the experience, the vehicle, and in knowing that Jeff Schmitt Cadillac will stand behind their product!

Great experience
I drove an hour and a half from Columbus to Beavercreek. I met with an awesome salesman, Rick. He showed me my dream car! Rick and Josh done an excellent job and getting me my deal. It was well worth the trip! Thanks to all the staff, you guys are really professional and have great Cars!
