I am impressed with their professionalism and attention

I am impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail, even with an older model of Jeep that I needed repaired. I would definitely consider Green Dodge for future work or purchase.

Went to get oil changed.

Went to get oil changed. Online had a coupon but they told me it was supposed to be removed from their website. Did not honor it. They Then told me it would be about an hour. Never heard from them so I tried calling service manager and left message thru phone operator. Never called me back. Went to dealers about 2 hours in and car was ready. Service manger was still not around and they did NOT run my car they their car wash as I asked. It was warm that day too. Never did get a call from service manager. Part of the message I left said I wanted to talk to him about the coupon issue. As of today Jan 4 2023, the coupon for 35.95 oil change is still on their website.

2013 Chrysler 200

Brought the car to this dealership on November 14. Was told it would be repaired by November 30. On November 28 after many attempts to get an update I finally got a response that told me the date was changed to December 10. Again I attempted to get updates, after finally getting to the General Manager I received two text messages. The date had changed to either the 18th or 20th depending on which message I believed. I did finally get the car back on December 23. I will withhold judgment on the repairs until 90 days have passed. I had asked for a loaner car early in the process. I was refused so on four occasions I had to rent a car so that my wife and I could attend different events. I probably not visit this dealership again.

Traded in my Charger that I loved for a Mazda because of

Traded in my Charger that I loved for a Mazda because of the Springfield,Il locations service department. They were rude and thank God I did. It has been 6 weeks and some poor soul purchased it because they “fixed it” and I have seen it at the dealer for repairs for most of the 6 weeks. So someone has a car that they are making payments and cannot drive because of their service department.

My radio went blank?no sound. Green checked it out and woola, working like new.
