Over Charged for repairs, did not give clear information

I bought my Van ONE MONTH AGO. The start/stop system warning light came on. I called, I was told he was unsure if the warranty covers whatever is wrong with my vehicle. He said I would be charge $130 for diagnostics regardless of whether it was covered under my warranty or not and then additional fees depending on whatever they find. This place is sketchy to say the least.

Broke a cover while doing service and won't fix it

They broke the passenger side window control cover while doing service and won't fix it or cover parts. The cover was fine when I dropped it off and when they gave the truck back the cover was pulled back and tabs were broke off. I didn't even move the truck and went back in. They looked at it and said they didn't do it and my truck was old so they wouldn't do anything about it. I do not recommend them for service.

I dropped off my truck for service. When I got it back...

I dropped off my truck for service. When I got it back the cover to the passenger side window control was pulled back and tabs were broke. Before I moved the truck I showed them. They said they didn't do it and wouldn't even offer to fix it or cover parts. They said it was broke because my truck was old. I don't recommend them for service.

Poor customer services

I purchase a vehicle from Dave Dennis Dodge in beavercreek! I purchased my journey brand new in 2014 and I dropped it off for a recall yesterday and while it was there I also scheduled to have it aligned because I just had new tires put on it on Saturday and with all wheel drive vehicle they wear tires out quickly! I picked it up last night and went one exit when the car was all over the road. It was shaking and pulling just awful. Well their power was out so I couldn't call so I drove back. I dealt with a gentleman named Shaun, and told him that the alignment doesn't feel right. He basically told me that they follow the manufactures guidelines and its not there fault and something else is wrong and if I want to leave it I could. I was very taken back by this and I said ok so can I take the same rental car that I had?He told me NO rental cars are for recalls and I no longer have a recall...and I said ok but the alignment you did is not right, this is not fault. He again proceed to talk around me and make me feel very ignorant as a woman. So, I asked how much is the rental because I live one hour from here and I have already spent 4 hours today driving back and forth. He said $35 dollars and I said ok so if I pay the $35 for the rental someone can they realign my car tomorrow. Shaun responded by telling me that first I will have to pay for a diagnostic test because something else is wrong not their alignment. And I said to him very calmly but about to cry...Sir, can you please just put it back to how it was before I got here. The car drove fine on the way here this morning and my son drives this car and it scared the xxxx out of me on the highway, I'm concerned for his safety. He told me that I would have to pay for that too! And again I calmly said sir I already paid for the alignment and He stated that this is not their fault they follow the guidelines . I honestly couldn't believe how he talked me and at one point I asked him if he was being serious...I left there crying and without any solution!!! So, if you want good respectable custom services after buying a new car DO NOT go to Beavercreek Dave Dennis Dodge!!! sorry for the long post but if I can save one person from making this mistake its worth it!

Overcharging for repairs that I was told may or may not...

Overcharging for repairs that I was told may or may not work, diagnostic tests were through the roof expensive, and was informed that if the "fix" did not work I would be charged an additional diagnostic test. Go here for a diagnosis max. Do not bring your vehicle here unless you have a ton of money to burn through.

We purchased a 2019 Jeep from them roughly a year ago. It has now been with then roughly three weeks for a transmission issue while they refuse to give any sort of courtesy car during the evaluation. They returned the vehicle to us after 2 weeks saying the issue was fixed, only for it to reappear over the weekend. This has crippled our family's routine while we wait for them to fix the issue. The jeep has ~8800 miles and has become a huge disappointment. I regret buying from this dealer, and having to deal with their service team is like pulling teeth. They only have corporate responses that amount to leaving the customer SOL. I can't stress enough that I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone nor will they ever receive business from us again. If there could be zero star reviews, this dealer and service team would be a prime candidate.

Great Experience!

I went to Dave Dennis looking for a Jeep. It was my first time buying a car. My dealer was wonderful, helpful and never made me feel pressured into buying something. He worked with me to make sure I was going to be happy with my purchase, and I still am! I had a great experience and would recommend Michael Gehring to anyone!
