Bad Credit Program is a Lie.

As a veteran I take stuff like this serious. Cause they're always out to get you if your credit isnt up to par. Recently went into this dealership( Beavercreek, Colonel Glenn location) to utilize their " bad credit loan program." to attempt at getting a larger truck. I consulted with Steve whom was an outstanding salesman and good guy but their program stated for $500 down and at least $1200 of monthly income you will be 100 percent approved and financed for a certified pre owned vehicle ON the lot. its not Steve's fault at all, he did evwerything to help me. This was a motre intertnal xx thing im sure. Here is what happened. the dealership sent in my info, then came back to me with the most outrageous offer. A 1 vehicle offer which was nothing close to what I had requested. And then they went on to tell me OR you could put $4000 down for something else. LOL. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR ADVERTISEMENT NOR IS $500 DOWN ENOUGH FOR A MY VEHICLE TRADE IN THAT PROBABLY HAD LESS MILES THAN THE xxx THEY WANTED AND TRIED TO SELL ME. DIRTY BUSINESS DAVE DENNIS. GLAD IM SMARTER THAN THE CRAP THEY WERE DISHING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIER USED LOT. Then they asked me if I wanted to go to buy a new vehicle after the crazy, insane offer. Im not 19 with zero life experience. I drove away. Their bad credit program is bad news and false advertising. Way to take care of Veterans guys. Can only imagine who they snake on a daily basis. Will NEVER do business with these people again.

Not Satisfied with their service department.

I couple of months ago my Jeep Wrangler was in for repair after an accident. After the body work, the vehicle needed an alignment. Dealer said the tie rods could not be adjusted so they replaced them at my cost. (Insurance company word not cover the tie rods even though the frame had to be straightened). Had the vehicle for approx. 2 mo. & around 1500 miles, and now it has the dreaded Death Wobble. Independent shop believes one of the issues is the tie rods have too much play. Dealer disputes this and believes play in drag link may be the cause. Independent shop also list lower right ball joint as a contributing factor. (same side that took most of the damage). First, this independent shop is the only one that was able to diagnose and fix the Death Wobble issue I had a little over 2 years ago. Second, there was no hint of any front end issues before the accident, and after the repair the front end felt loose, and Death Wobble started shortly after. This is why I am currently believing the independent shop over the Dealer. I will systematically replace the components listed above starting with the ball joint and modify my review depending on what fixes the problem. I was satisfied with the body work, just not the mechanical work.

They work for YOU

The best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. This dealership goes above and beyond for their customers. The salesmen don’t work on commission so their top priority is getting you the BEST vehicle for YOUR needs and budget, then will give you the absolute best price possible. My salesperson worked tirelessly for an entire week, including her days off, to locate the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted with the features I wanted for the price I wanted. She kept me updated every step of the way and with every hurdle she found a solution. If you’re interested in a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge and you don’t go to Dave Dennis, you are truly doing yourself a disservice.

Dealer response

Hello Lance...I am sorry to hear about your experience and would be willing to listen to the issue you had. However...I (Jason Bergman) work in the Internet Department and believe you have tagged me mistakenly. I would appreciate you removing my name.

$934.00 for nothing

I took my car into Dave Dennis for an electrical problem. The blower and temp. control didn’t work and the radio went off and on. After a week and a half they put on two parts and service for $934 dollars. I picked it up and didn’t even get 2 miles down the road and the same thing happened. Icadlled then back and the service man Cepheus said that’s unfortunate. I took it back the next day. One week later they told me it would cost another 485.00. Italkked to the service manager and he said that’s wat it would cost take it or leave it. The part would be 225 and the labor 260 for an IPM which is the fuse holder. I picked up my car and bought the part for 75 at Dayton Xenia auto parts and put in on in seven minutes . When I fought it through visa they told complete lies and said they fixed and never heard from me. Stay away stay far away. Worst service dept. I’ve ever dealt with. Gary

not good

Just want to let everyone know, I bought a Jeep 2 years ago. I started having problems with it. I took it in and they said they fixed it. Well guess what I go to Leave for work and it won't start when it does I get jerked. I will not move, took it back to Dave Dennis and guess what It's going to take a week and a half just to get it looked at, then the time to fix it. I am very upset with this place. First of all I should not be having problems with a 2 year old car, second a week and a half to get it looked at? Really? They will not even give me a rental until they know what is wrong with it. SO GO THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

Terrible

I’m I could rate this no stars I would. We went to go look at a vehicle and had a confirmed appointment for a specific vehicle and when we showed up the guy that we were supposed to be meeting was no longer there and another man was going to help us. Then he promptly told us that vehicle wasn’t even on their lot. Terrible customer service.

Poor service.

Dealership has lost its way. Responsiveness is lacking, attempting to help the customer with problems was absent and customer service was poor. They raise their hands as if to say “can’t do anything about it”. This was a 5 Star rated dealership when Dave Dennis was operating. The place is bottom line driven only. I feel the difference. I purchased 2 cars in early 2000’s from Dave Dennis and now back for service on another car that is under warranty. They did all they could to not honor the warranty. Then called me a lier. They DO NOT stand by their product when it means it will cost them something. Terribly disappointed in the leadership and line staff. I plan to go out of my way to let people know to avoid Dave Dennis and save yourself a frustrating experience.
