2018 Jeep Wrangler

The whole process of buying our new 2018 Jeep Wrangler.....was awesome! Fast, smooth, no glitches. The salesman and staff there, were great in making it a smooth process. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff! We highly recommend them!!

Horrible Experience - Held Car Hostage

Took my Jeep in for a Warranty covered repair. Approved the repair around 9am, was they called the warranty company and told my warranty deductible was $250; I was also told my car would be ready between 4 and 5pm. At 5:30pm I texted my service advisor Cephus asking for a status update. I was told it was ready and they were waiting on the warranty company to pay them. I headed over to the dealer and at around 6pm maybe 6:30 the man at the service desk said I couldn't have my car because the warranty company hadn't paid them and it was a "significant" portion of the repair. I've worked with many dealers and my ex-husband works for a dealership, this should never happen, they get a confirmation number and payment can take up to a week. They had all of my contact information and could have easily come after me if the well known national warranty company hadn't paid them. The next morning at 7am they said I could have my car and my deductible was actually $200. When I looked at the bill the total work was $358. How is $158 from a warranty company "significant"???? I paid more than they did. Poor service, crappy people, they will refuse you access to your own property even when you are fully capable of paying what you are actually responsible for. NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! Even other GM's at other dealerships are shocked at their behavior and treatment of this situation. THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIEVES!!!!! I would rather go to Cincinnati for a repair then EVER go back! STAY AWAY!!!!!

I called the GM Andy Matre, as his reply requested, and was sent to voicemail. I left my name, phone number and cited this review in the reason I was calling. He never called me back, it was a fake response to pretend to actually want to make anything right or care about customer service. It's why when I bought my Durango last month I went to every dealership in the Dayton, Cincinnati, and Columbus area EXCEPT Dave Dennis. I won't give them a dime and I suggest no one does. I found a great dealership that actually cared about customer service and bent over backwards to do the right thing and find what I was looking for. Stay away from Dave Dennis!!!!

Happy new Ram 1500 owner

Traveled from Indiana to purchase our new Dodge Ram based upon a referral. First contact was made by phone and followed up with emails. Information we requested was done in a very timely and professional manner. We drove to Dave Dennis dealership based upon the GREAT customer service we had received. The truck was ordered and the communication from time of our order to the final delivery we were very impressed with. On the day we picked up our new truck the experience was the best we have ever had, and we have drove and purchased trucks from various dealerships since 1997. The dealerships show room has a very friendly feeling when you walk in, we was greeted and made to feel welcome. The truck was delivered to us in a very prestine condition. The loan proces was handled in a very professional manner and the information provided for the warranties was very helpful. A big “thank you” to your team for a wonderful experience.

Mr Zimmerman Helpful and Courteous

Mr. Aaron Zimmerman was helpful, patient and courteous and the visit and buying experience was painless. It took less than hour to get through the whole process

Safety issue with Ford Fusion

Service center didn't pinpoint the problem they however worked with me and the dealership to work out a solution. Very understanding and helpful service department and dealership.

Extremely easy buying experience

I live almost an hour away. Called the dealership and spoke with Lois on Saturday afternoon. We spoke a couple times before Sunday afternoon before I made the drive up. By the time I made it to the dealership all of the paperwork and vehicle were ready to go. The process was very smooth! Lois and Tom were great

Fabulous! Went over and above our expectations!!

Finally a dealership that gets it! What a breath of fresh air to have found Dave Dennis. Great inventory and Eric and Pat are absolutely wonderful!! I can not say enough about them and the service we received from them. I usually dread the dealing with salesmen and the hassle of buying a vehicle but WOW it could not have been a more pleasant experience. All I can say if you are reading this looking for a reliable, well mannered, get it done type of a dealership that makes you feel confident when you pull away that YES you made the right decision to purchase from them. I can not Thank them enough. Thanks Again Guys :)

2017 Jeep Wrangler

I originally contacted JB Davis, salesman, about a 2017 Jeep Wrangler they had in stock. Come to find out they had sold it the day before. Mr. Davis then contacted me asking if there was another Jeep nearby that I was interested in. I then told him where and what it was and he did not hesitate to call that dealership and trade Jeeps with them. He gave me an awesome deal and was SUPER nice. I have yet to find a dealership that I liked, but I think I did after purchasing a Jeep from JB Davis at Dave Dennis!!

Great experience very helpful staff

The staff fought for me getting me financed. I appreciated their professionalism and friendly service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a no pressure new car buying experience.
