Do not buy a NEW 2021 Jeep Wrangler from here and expect to get superior service when the engine fails UNDER WARRANTY. For a problem that is under recall..... it kind of goes like this..... I get stranded, engine overheated. They "fix" it. Without my Jeep for 2 days. I get stranded 2 weeks later for the exact same thing. Pain in the neck to be down 1 car - graciously gave us a loaner. Without my Jeep for 2 days. I get stranded 1 week later for THE EXACT SAME THING! Crazy coincidence, right? You know the drill, same as above...... now it gets goood....... I get stranded for THE LAST TIME! same problem....They give me a loaner that smells like a wet ashtray that I can't drive because it gives me a migraine. They inform me it will take 2 WEEKS to rebuild the engine (hello tank my resale value) because they are so backed up. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago........ Tuesday I received an email stating they HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED REPAIRS YET BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO ONE TO WORK ON IT! 2 months + without a car that I am paying $ for..... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE
