Excellent customer service
The service provided to us in every aspect was excellent. What we were looking for in price, and available package deal of the vehicle was phenomenal. The other aspect is, the sales person was a wonderful listener and offered tremendous help and information throughout the sale of the car and was professional as well as patient. Made the process so easy!
I couldn't be happier with Dave Dennis. They made the buying process so easy for me, no hassles or haggling, from preapproval through me driving away, and did everything they could to get me in my new Jeep. Had purchased from the dealership almost 20 years ago, and it was great then too. Glad to see some things don't change.

Overall good experience
The only real complaint we have, is that we were not told, that when the 8.4 Navigation system is activated at the dealer, it cannot receive traffic or weather updates. We were lead to believe that there isn't any difference between activating at the dealer and when it comes from the factory activated. Only after calling Uconnect and Suris radio several times, did we find this out. When we called the dealer, we were told by someone other than our salesman, that we had a free 5 year subscription to Trip Taker. Upon calling Uconnect again, we were told that it is only available on 8.4 nav from the factory. Had we have know this, we might have considered purchasing a different model.

Upgraded My Wrangler
Received a call from the dealership saying that they wanted to buy my car and would pay above market for it. I asked what they were talking about as my Wrangler is a 2017. The lady said they wanted it and to bring it up asap. Made no sense to me, but figured above market is above market. When I got there, they apologized and said they had no idea why I received the call. They (Bob Hardy) thought I had an 08 Tahoe. Long story short, Aaron asked me if I was happy with my Wrangler. I said yeah...other than the hard top. He asked if there was anything else I would like and I mentioned the Alpine sound system. A couple minutes later, he found the what I was looking for, worked some magic and I brought home the Wrangler I wish I would have gotten a few months back.

Very disappointing dealership
Went today to purchase a new Dodge Journey. Salesman was very nice. Told him what I wanted and he said have that exact thing. We drove 2 models to see which one I liked best. The salesman of course talked me into the higher priced one, but it was very nice. When he went to talk money with his superior, I went out to look under the hood at the car. It was a 4 cylinder not a 6 cylinder. This was not the car I ask the salesman for. When I went back in and told him then things turned bad. I then was told that I lost most of my rebates and all the good things I had been promised to help reduce the price of the car went away. Then when I questioned, another man got involved and he was nothing but a bulley. I will not be bullied by anyone. He was pressing me to buy today and he was not giving me the rebates that had been promised earlier. The price just kept going up and up. I bought from them 8 years ago and they were nice. I made a long drive to get there today. Lessoned learned I will shop with our local Dodge dealer tomorrow.

One of the best days of my life
I went in to trade my Traverse...I went in the used side talked to a guy name Kody. I test drove a car but didn't get approved...he took me to the other side of the dealership. Kody worked out a deal and I drove off in a 2017 Dodge Journey. Went there looking for a used car drove off in a brand new truck. Kody was the best thanks again.

Great sales team
I came in to see about getting a new Jeep. They couldn't find what I wanted so we ordered it. Easy experience and everyone was very helpful. This is my 4th vehicle from Dave Dennis and the 2nd time I custom ordered one. Thanks Dave Dennis!

New Ram 2500 Diesel purchase
This was the easiest new truck purchase I have ever made! JB Davis and his staff were amazing! I was recommended by a co-worker to this dealership. I was reluctant as it is located 70 miles from my home and I live 2 miles from a major multistore competitor. Well worth the drive! The price I was quoted was well below other dealers for virtually the same truck, no pressure, up front and honest staff, as well as a relaxed atmosphere. I had my own financing so wasn’t interested in theirs but I told them what my rate was and they were able to do better. While I was offered add on items such as extended warranties, I did not feel coerced to purchase them. The price they said never changed and felt honestly happy to make the purchase. Not the typical “salesman” being nice to get your money type dealership. . I cannot say enough about how JB treated my wife and me. She was so impressed with the entire process she asked me that night Dave Dennis sold any cars that I thought she would like. This is woman who only drives Nissan’s. I asked why she wanted to know and her reply was based on how well they treated us that she wanted to give them our business on our next purchase. Highly recommend !!
