I think they suck

If you have a true in. Read the paperwork, they add it to the end of your loan. Thier service depth sucks too. I have been waiting for over a month and a half for a part for my truck. They told me to call back. The 2nd time someone was off sick didn't know if he recieved it. It has been a week they didn't call me back , like they said they would.

Fast, Friendly, Professional and Honest

I live 1.5 hours from the dealership and did my dealing over the phone. I advised my sales person I wanted to be quick with the pick up of my new car. He was very polite and did everything I asked him to do. Honesty is very important to me and he met all my expectations.

Bed liner late but good job.

Was supposed to be contacted when bed liner came in for new truck. After a week I called and service department had no knowledge of it. Our sales person took care of it.

2017 jeep wrangler unlimited......,.......................

Aaron Zimmerman was my salesman. Aaron was one of the best I have encountered. He took the time to gather all my info on what I was looking for and was able to narrow it down to my dream jeep. The one thing I can't stand is a pushy salesman. Aaron was not one of those typical pushy hurry hurry and buy kinda salesman. I would like to make it clear. I am very grateful and thankful for Aaron taking the time to understand what I was looking for. I've been to like 10 dealerships looking for my jeep. Aaron made it happen.

Purchase of a new Chrysler 300 that Dave Dennis in Dayton Oh

I called Billy Sutterlin at Dave Dennis Chrysler in Dayton about a new Chrysler 300. We negotiated a deal on the 2017 Chrysler 300 and we both agreed on a price. He told me the 300 would be ready when I got there . I drove to Dayton from Columbus Ohio and when I got there I saw my car sitting out front. I went into the dealership and signed a few papers and I was on my way back to Columbus. What a way to buy a car. I'll be calling Billy when I'm looking for another new car. Just want to say that they were very easy and pleasant to work with at Dave Dennis .Thanks Billy.

went in needing a new car was out the door in 3 hours

The service was quick and the process was very easy. I was in and out in 3 hours. It was a pleasant experience to work with the dealership

Excellent experience

Worked with wonderful sales people, had a enjoyable experience with good trade in value. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Dave Dennis.

Outstanding dealership

Professional and courteous sales staff that make a fair deal for both. One suggestion would be to open the service department on Saturdays. For most people that work, this is the only day available to get service. That would be my ONLY ding against customer service.

Very poor service dept and poor response from sales

When I picked up my car(2016 Challenger Scat Pack in July we could not find the 2nd key so they told me when I bring it in for service we will give it to you then. Well now they say they cant find any notes and they will not give it to me. I had my car there for 10 days waiting on John Russo and JB. Between me and the people I sent there we bought over $500,000 in vehicles in 2 years. I am not sure what happened to this place but they are going down hill fast...maybe some one bought hem,,,maybe a pay structure change...not sure but they lost a great customer with me. I bought 4 new 2500 cummins trucks plus 2016 Scat pack. My two other friends bought 4 Rams also. I guess we are all going to Lebanon Jeep Dodge.
