Bob Ridings in Decatur

I did NOT get good service as the verbal agreement to give us two sets of keys was NOT honored. Had to pay almost $400 for the second set of keys. And this was our only request with paying sticker price. (besides floor mats) I guess they played us for fools. The only reason my review was good as they trick you into a good review before you are finished with your "deal" with a free offer of oil change and car wash... which we will never use. I will never use Ridings repair if at all possible

I felt this was a good experience until we were ready to drive away and then were told there was only one key fob with the purchase price of the van after being told we would get two. Since it wasn't in writing, we had to pay an extra almost $400 for the second key. Note that we paid full asking price and the second key was all we negotiated for. Kristina Langford"s change of attitude was disappointing. I wasn't as cautious as I normally am because she was friendly and likeable. I wish I had negotiated a lower price so then when we were told we had to pay $400 for a second key we wouldn't have felt so cheated. It us a nice vehicle and we are glad we have it. Just nit happy with a verbal promise that turns out not to be valid.

We had great service at Bob Ridings Decatur IL. Aaron Rench was very knowledgeable about our Lincoln we bought. Answered all our questions, very polite and respectful. We appreciate the great service he gave us. Thanks Aaron!

In August of 2020 my wife and I found the Lincoln MKX that we were looking for at Bob Ridings in Decatur. Our salesman, Aaron Wrench, was incredible. He listened to us and exceeded our expectations from the sales process through the delivery. He stayed in touch after the sale and now we just purchased our second Lincoln, an MKC. There were a few items we wanted fixed prior to pick up and they did everything we requested and more. My wife and I live in Champaign, Illinois and will be driving to Decatur to service both of our Lincoln’s because Bob Ridings has earned our business. I highly recommend Bob Ridings in Decatur if you are looking for a Lincoln, a great salesman in Aaron Wrench, and excellent service.
