Welcoming and Friendly

Danny Lawrence is a very down to earth man who was very welcoming and friendly. I really wasn't expecting to buy a vehicle today so he is one of the best to persuade a person like me!

Great service

I bought a 2014 Chrysler town and country and absolutely love it!!! The service was excellent, they really work with you needs!!

Great experience!

The experience was wonderful my Daughter went to the dealership with her sister and brother in law to find a new vehicle for the family not so hard on gas. The vehicle we had as a trade in was my deceased husbands truck which sucked gas daily. I'm working 12 to 13 hours daily 6 days a week so the kids did the investigating for me. The salesman Dan Lawrence was amazing he informed them of everything dealing with the car and my family was able to make a decision I was happy with, Dan was helpful to the fact of even be able to come to me with paper work because I couldn't leave my job, and their business hours weren't going to work for me. Filled the tank with 14 dollars yes gas prices are low right now but filling the truck up at theses same prices was close to 50 dollars it's been a week and it's still going the truck fill up would have needed gas again by thursday. Love our new Nissan Versa it's 2014.

Love the Buckeyes

Kara helped us narrow our search. We were looking for Ford Explorer or something similar. She found 3 vehicles for us to test drive. We fell in love with the traverse...2015 with 15,000 miles. We drive a lot so the low mileage helped our decision. The crew at Bob Ridings gave us a super deal. We also love the service department.

These people are absolutely awesome

Stephanie is an absolute Gem of a person. She is sweet, kind and as helpful as can be. She takes charge of the sale with great elegance, not pushy, or demanding by any stretch of the imagination. An example, when it gets to that point in the process where the customer stands there wondering, okay, where do we go from here? That will not happen with Stephanie. She gently guides the entire process with kid gloves. I am a bit older and have dealt with many sales staff, and in fact sold cars myself, and she is the absolute best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. There came a situation, which was 100% on me, and without me saying a word, and going on her intuition, she took it upon herself to try and fix the situation. I whole-heartedly believe her when she told me on several occasions that she wanted to ensure I was happy, and again, this is even after I flubbed up. I cannot leave Jason, the general manager, out of this equation. I have dealt with many GMs as I usually buy cars up in Chicago. They are all about the sale and that is it. Jason was there for my wife and I and spent way more time dealing with my situation than I have ever seen a GM spend on a customer. He is very pleasant, honest and kind. I have bought cars from one other in the Ridings Family (Jim Xamis Ford in Lincoln), and two years ago attempted to buy cars from Jacksonville and Taylorville. Jim Xamis is good, but the GMs and sales staff need to come to this store and take lessons. They honestly care that you were taken care of and happy. I cannot say enough about them. This was my first time dealing with them, and I do not know anybody on a personal level, at this store or the entire Ridings Group. My wife was so impressed that as we were leaving she said that when it comes time for her to buy a car, she was coming out here first. I cannot find the words to express my full appreciation for these people. Not to leave the business office people out of it, they are really great people as well. Thank You So Much Stephanie and Jason, I truly and honestly appreciate you.

Rotten service and no organization.

My wife and I came in looking for a used van for her. Right from the get-go the lady we dealt with was nothing but pushy towards a vehicle we did not like. After telling her we didn't want that vehicle and found the one the wife liked it was a complete hassle getting to the point of filling out paperwork. As for the price they will try giving you every excuse possible to get you to agree to a payment you don't want. THIS PLACE SUCKS AND WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN- stinks for them because we were planning on buying a truck as well.

Great deal. Great salesman.

I had a great experience. Got a terrific deal on a Lincoln. The salesman, Jake, went out of his way to explain everything about the car. Will definitely recommend this dealership.
