My buying process was very easy - no hassel - told salesperson what I wanted & what I was looking for in terms of buying a good dependable vehicle. It did not take very long for the paperwork to be completed & I was on my way home. Since then - I have been enjoying my 2010 Ford Focus.

Whenever I enter the dealership,whether to purchase a new vehicle or take one of our cars for service, the staff members are friendly and make me feel like they really want to help me. It never feels like I am just a number or a dollar sign to them. The service manager always explains any work they intend to do, and answers questions clearly and without making me feel stupid. Jason, the most recent sales representative who helped me, acted in a most professional and courteous manner. I was impressed when, instead of steering me right to a car, he asekd a series of questions to find out what I wanted and what I could afford before presenting me with a couple of options. He didn't tell me what I needed - he let me tell him what I needed. As I looked at several cars, he told me why he thought the cars matched my needs. I left the dealership that day driving a new car. It was the best buying experience Ive had at a car dealership that I can ever remember.
