First purchase of a new vehicle at my kitchen table
Jeff (Columbro) made my purchase of an E350 Cutaway Utility about as simple and pain-free as it could get. I had shopped many dealers before coming to BT Ford and Jeff was straightforward, honest, and knew my vehicle inside and out. Time estimates were dead on and Jeff delivered my vehicle personally and we did the paperwork at my kitchen table! Can't beat that.........anywhere.

Great service
I was very pleased with the service at Beau Townsend Ford when I recently purchasesd my Ford f-150. Dave Towner & Kevin Berger went over and above to make me and my young son feel comfortable as we worked through the buying process. New Truck Lease
Beau Townsend Ford Inc. is always the best experience in the nation. The are always friendly, courteous and professional at everything in every aspect. This is the 9th vehicle in a row that I have bought or leased and would never consider going anywhere else for my needs. I often send friends and family to them because I know they will get the best buying experience. I have visited other Ford dealerships in Washington state and elsewhere and none compare. Jamie Spencer is the best Sales Manager I have every dealt with and always goes the extra mile to make sure customers feel welcome and are satisfied with every visit. Tim Peffley made every effort to make sure all the aspects of the new truck and its features were explained and that we understood that if we had and questions to call or come back and see him.

Outstanding Service
First of all, I would like to thank Mike Meyers for offering to help us. We had an appointment set up, but my wife and I happened to be in the area the day before the appointment. We wanted to see what was available on the lot prior to our appointment with Mike. Unfortunately, Mike had a family engagement planned when we arrived, so he apologized and asked us if Tim Peffley could help us. I told Mike that I completely understood and that working with Tim would be fine. After all, we are the ones who arrived unexpectedly. Tim did an outstanding job understanding our needs and wants. He also helped us understand our wants wouldn't fall into the price range that we were looking for. Rather than leave it at that, he asked what our specific needs were. When we told him, he knew exactly what he could put us in that would fit the payments we were looking for. While Tim was working with Kevin Berger to find the best financing option, my wife and I were met with Mr. Beau Townsend. That was an unexpected surprise! Never before, in all of our years of purchasing vehicles, has the dealership owner took time to greet us and spend time talking with us. After that meeting, we knew we were buying our new vehicle from Beau Townsend Ford. We are now the owners of a 2014 Escape, which we thoroughly enjoy! Kevin Berger did a fantastic job getting us the best possible financing for this vehicle. Ford Credit gave us a rate that blew us away! Kevin took time going through the paperwork ensuring we completely understood everything. We have never had a better experience purchasing a vehicle in the 27 years we have been married. I am a 20-year AF veteran so we have dealt with dealerships from around the world. Beau Townsend Ford is definitely at the top of their game in getting customers what they want and/or need! We will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to go to Beau Townsend Ford!

Great purchase experience!
Josh made our recent F-150 purchase easy and convenient. I called ahead with a specific truck I'd found on the btford website. Josh Otstot had it ready and waiting for a test drive when I arrived, and the paper work ready to sign when we got back. Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever had! My 4th car purchase from Beau Townsend in 4 years
Currently, I own a 2009 Fusion and Monday purchased a 2014 Escape. I would not consider going to any other company, any other dealer, any other salesman, so don't ever let Mark Tindall retire. When he gets to that age, just get him a rocking chair and a scooter to get around the lot, because I am sure,I am not the only loyal customer he has. I hated to give up the 2012 Fusion, but I outgrew it. The Escape really was a necessary purchase. In a couple of years the 09 will be paid off and I'll be back!

I may have already submitted a review. If not, the review of the dealership was nothing but wonderful and enjoyable. Both Jim, my sales consulant and GM Mr. Spencer was great. Both of them and especially Mr. Spencer seemed to be willing to do whatever it would take to close the deal. I as well as my mother purchased vehicles from Beau many years ago and it was enjoyable then and continued to be so. The only negative I have was after the sale when I ordered a bed liner sometime last week. I thought I was told it would be dlivered to the dealership in a couple of days, Could be my misunderstanding, I have heard nothing since. I intend to follow up on 9/3/14 to find out how long it will take for the liner to come and be installed. Again, this could well be my misunderstanding, I was told I would be informed when it was in the dealership. My F150 is a beautiful truck with a great ride and a lot of extras I have really enjoyed. I would and will recommend Beau to anyone looking for a ride. Thanks, Elm
