After seeing an ad on the internet for lincoln navigator I flew to Ohio from florida. First I called and got all the details about the vehicle. And I was clearly told several times that they had put new tires on the vehicle. I bought the vehicle and drove it back to florida and noticed a very lousy ride. The tire store here told me.The tires were over three years old and had limited lifetime left. I wrote a google review, and they contacted me and asked me how to make it right. And I told them to pay for the tires. They refused. There was no misunderstanding. I was clearly told the tires were new, replaced there by the salesman on the phone as I wanted, a vehicle had nothing that needed doing soon. Deceived and they won't make it right. The bottom line is more important than their reputation. Thank you so much.

I went to have a oil change ,and from me have a oil change my slash cover under my car came off and was dragging under my car ,had to take it off it had 3 of the 4 crews or claps that you put it back together ,I go back for them to put it together and they try to charge me for this plastic piece in the middle of the cover that they say holds it up,but if that piece holds it up I would have lost it by it dragging on the street, and the 3 crews or claps that where there would of been missing as will as the 1 screws or clap that not, got the plastic piece,,and 3 screws or claps that are their and why didn't they be able to tell if the screws or claps where worn out, why couldn't they tell when I had the oil Change my oil change,no only 1 screws was missing and it was not put back together from my oil change. Now they want me to pay $130 for something they did not do right putting my slash cover back right when they change my oil.3 of those screws or claps are still in tac. I should of lost the plastic piece and all of my claps or screws, plastic piece was still on cover when I revisit them and all 3 screws or claps where their. But they tell me that onr plastic piece in the middle of the cover is why my hole cover was dragging on the street ,when three screws or claps are still in iac. They forgot to put those other 3 screws or claps back together, . ,and by its being drag on the street It should've lost the middle piece but no she going show me it and say something hard hit it and that why that piece came off, will yes the street hit it for 3 screws or claps. Not being attached NOW what change me for something they did not do... .Period

I had a great experience buying a used truck from out of state. The truck was exactly as advertised (actually better) and I got a good deal. Tyler was great - very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I've never purchased a vehicle where I had to fly to go get it, but I would go back to Beau Townsend in a second to buy another vehicle. Thank you gentlemen! I love my truck.

The time to complete the oil change and tire rotation was done in the time frame promised. I was pleased with service provided by the service department.

Do yourself a favor and read this review to get a better idea of this dealership. Probably the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Their “Beau Guarantee Trade-in” means absolutely nothing if you negotiate a deal. I negotiated a deal where I was getting a Ford Bronco Sport at Invoice. As in every negotiation you should do with a car dealership you don’t mention the trade until you have agreed on a price. Well, the salesman didn’t like that I had done that. They didn’t honor their trade-in guarantee. Yes, on their website you have to hover above an icon saying they can decline the guarantee based on nothing. When I asked their internet sales rep she told me all I had to do was be able to drive the car into the dealership. Well, they wouldn’t give the $2500 for my car and the salesman states well if you would have paid sticker price we could have given you $2500 or if I bought a more expensive car they could have done it. He also told me I shouldn’t have held the information about my trade until after we agreed on a price. They were angry that I got a good deal and they couldn’t handle it. They were going to give me $500 towards my trade so I walked out. The salesman then texted me when I got home saying they’ll give me $1500 for my trade. I told them no, I wanted them to honor the "beau Guarantee" of $2500. That was the last I heard from them. Stay away from this Dealership and do yourself a favor and go to Dave Arbogast in Troy, Interstate Ford in Miamisburg, or Germain in Beavercreek. Absolutely terrible place to go if you plan on negotiating a better price.
