Horrible service department

Service advisor and manager are extremely rude and have made me feel like spending my money at this dealership was a mistake. Took my truck in for service and had some concerns with the drivability and they told me that ford said there was nothing wrong with it and gave me a receipt for my oil change and inspection with only 1 mile driven how can you diagnose a drivability issue without driving it

This is my 2nd HORRIBLE REVIEW ON FOX FORD LOCATED IN WAYNESBURG PA. My name is Craig Slafka and I just purchased a 2011 FORD f150 for a little over 19,000 dollars. I paid cash for it. I specifically asked the sales person "Derrick" as well as the sales manager "woody" that if I was to have any problems with this truck in a respectful time frame, would they honor the issue. They said ABSOLUTELY... WELL THEY DIDNT. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CA ME BACK AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS CALLING THEM ABOUT A TRANSMISSION ISSUE I HAD AFYER INLYB3 WEEKS OF HAVING IT. TURNS OUT THAT THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN PUBLIC FOR ATLEAST 5 YEARS NOW. THIS ISSUE RESULTS IN A HUGE SAFETY HAZARD. IT RECENTLY WAS MADE A RECALL. my hole intension was to get a renatal until the problem was fixed. FOX FORD "NO" its not their fault. it actually is because prior to my purchase, they could have EASILY CLEARED THE CHECK ENGINE NOTIFICATION WHICH COMES BACK ON AFTER PUTTING MORE MILES ON YOU VEHICLE. I found this information while doing some research on this issue. So BASICALLY FOX FORD STOLE 20,000 DOLLARS FROM ME AND ARE NOT TRYING TO FIX ANYGHING ABOUT IT. IM SICK TO MY STOMACH. I TOLD Derrick The salesman that I was talking to an attorney and he said. "Good luck" IF ANY ONE BUYS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY ARE A COMPLETE FOOL... IM STUCK WITH A TRUCK (THAT I IS USED FOR MY BUSINESS) THAT IS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE AND NOW MY FAMILY HAS TO DEAL WITH THE FINANCIAL STUGGLE DUE TO FOX FORD SELLING ME A VEHICLE LIKE THIS... AGAIN, PEOPLE WONDER WHY CAR SALESMAN GET BAD RAPS. IM CURRENTLY LOOKING INTO LEMMON LAWS AND I WILL CONTINUE TO POST MY EXPERIENCES WITH THIS SHADY xxx DEALERSHIP. I HOPE THIS HELPS INTERESTED PEOPLE WITH THEIR INTERESTS WITH FOX FORD LOCATED IN WAYNESBURG PA.

2011 Ford f150

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS FORD DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. I recently bought a 2011 Ford f150 for 19,000 and paid cash for it. I totally understand that if a vehicle is over 10 years old you buy as is. While is was signing all the paperwork, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE SALESMAN, "Derek" that if I was to have a problem within a month or two or even 6 months after the purchase. WOULD YOU GUYS HONOR ANY ENGINE PROBLEMS. He looked me straight in the face and said we would take care of you. Not even 3 WEEKS passed and my Check ENGINE light came on. Turns out to be a Transmission Intake Sensor that's bad which costed me 400.00 to have fixed. I called multiple times and got the RUNAROUND. I LEFT THE SALES MANAGER "WOODY" a message as well and NEVER EVEN GOT A CALL BACK... THAT PLACE IS SHADY AS xxxx AND THEY DONT GIVE 2 xxxxS ABOUT CUSTOMERS AFTER THE PURCHASE. I HOPE NO ONE EVER BUYS FRON THEM... #xxxxINGJOKE #SCUMBAGCARSALESMEN

Satisfied with our purchase. 2012 Ford Escape

We had a great experience at Fox Ford of Waynesburg. No stress and not a hint of pushy sales people. Worked with Tony and some of the other guys. The vehicle is everything we were told it was. Never was a hint of dishonesty, rare indeed.

Terrrrrrible service

Terrible service. Was told they had the truck I wanted and was open until 7pm. I took off work early and drove 2.5 hours to purchase a truck to be told they were “closed” even tho there front door said they were open.

Stressed about this place

I brought my car in that I purchased here, for the third time in six months for the same problem. Was treated like there is nothing wrong with the car. Ask them to resolve this with a buy back or replacement we were treated as if we were low life's and they could not do anything for us, we were offered not even half of what we paid for the Lincoln MKZ just six months ago. We called Lincoln Customer service, and they were Awesome.. I will never deal here again.. we had great service when we bought our new truck 2 years ago....what went wrong????

Pleasant experience.

My entire experience with the Fox Ford team was great. Derek did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I'll be back at Fox for my next Ford purchase.

Quickest Car Purchase Ever

Before driving the almost 2 hours to Fox Ford, we called to see if they had the car we were looking for. Derek listened to our specs and said he had 2 options for us to look at and said he would have the best fit waiting for us when we arrived. We got there and it was sitting right out front - he even had it freshly washed. We took it out on a test drive and after discussing a few issues, we decided it was the car for us. We traded in 'Big Red', our 2002 Ford Explorer Sport, wrote a check for the balance, and drove off in 'Bear', our 2013 Kodiak Brown Explorer. I think it didn't even take an hour. Everyone was great to work with from Derek all the way up to Dave Fox. Derek even called a couple of days later to make sure we were still happy with our new family member. Thanks Fox Ford.
