Performance had the Jeep I wanted. Niko took care of guiding us through the process of deciding on which one, allowed for negotiation on the value of two trade-ins and orchestrated the closing and ultimate purchase all in one afternoon. The physical plant is very warm, clean, and inviting with friendly folks all around greeting us and making us feel at ease. We were offered access to drinks, snacks and restroom amenities as soon as we walked in the door. Positive all around experience.
