Always a terrific customer experience; friendly, punctual and no question abt their integrity. Communicative abt what needs to be done and why. Reasonable prices for the work done. Convenient hours and very nice staff!

STAY AWAY!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! Very unprofessional group at this dealership. I purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee in June of 2020. I have been dealing with issues with them non-stop since. First, they messed up my financing, causing me to show a "late" payment with Chrysler Capital until they fixed their error. Next, I started to receive tickets in the mail for a Jeep that did not belong to me since Videon Jeep registered the wrong car to my name. This was both time consuming and expensive. On multiple occasions I reached out for updates, with no response. Once I made a bigger deal of the situation and included the owner of the location, things started to move. However, still, as of January 2021, I still have not received the documentation showing that the registration issue is completed. I went to this dealership because they had high reviews, but wow was I disappointed. It was and has been the worst car buying experience of my life. After all of the issues with the transaction, they never even offered something as small as a free oil change or ANYTHING. Take your business elsewhere to save yourself a headache!

Mr. Steffen, I understand your frustration with the financing and registration of your new vehicle. We did "drop the ball" for which I personally apologize. Your license plate can not be registered to two different vehicles at the same time. The fact that your registration form shows your license plate is registered to your new vehicle is the documentation that your registration issue is complete. We pride ourselves in taking great care of our customers. Unfortunately, you did not have that experience. As for not being offered something for your inconvenience, that's on me. I cordially invite you to return to our dealership for any of your vehicle needs. As you know, anyone who purchases their new vehicle from us receives free state inspections (repairs not included) from us as long as you own your vehicle. For the inconvenience we caused you I'm offering to include the emissions test for the next 3 years plus 4 free oil changes. Please stop in and say hello to me. Steve Videon

Owner of car

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I dropped my car off on a Sunday, with an appointment for 9:30 the next day. Just for a diagnostic test, I got no call all day Monday, so I called that evening, was told sorry, they wanted to keep it overnight, would call me Tuesday morning. Got no call all day Tuesday, I called that night was apologized to repeatedly, was told would call early Wednesday morning. You guessed it. No call. I called told them to not do anything to my car, I’d pick it up Thursday. Which I did. They never even put my car on the machine. Would I recommend this dealership. xxxx NO. THE WORST

I used the Express Lane at Videon for an oil change & to get new wiper blades. During their inspection, they discovered a dirty air filter which they offered to replace. I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Excellent service and professional associates will keep me coming back!
