Xavier at Bob Caldwell was 100% the best person I could have worked with to purchase my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went to multiple dealerships and worked with multiple individuals and after one conversation with Xavier, I knew I would get my car from him. He was very helpful throughout the entire process as he educated me on my options and what would be the best fit for me. He made the process stress free and exciting.

Horrible Service

Went to get my misfire diagnosis only to get a call back stating I wAs low on oil and coolant after more than a day of having my car. Staff sucks and prices are high. Still never told me anything about my misfire. Didn’t check plugs, wires, or coils. Back to square one

First class experience shopping at Bob Caldwell. The experience at Caldwell was far superior to that of another central Ohio dealership. Jason was prompt in returning emails, knowledgeable about his products, and put no pressure on purchasing a vehicle. Next Jeep will definitely be purchased at Bob Caldwell.

Ashley did a great job communicating with me. She also offered me a courtesy vehicle. I will have my truck serviced there again in the future.

Top quality service

This was my first time purchasing a car and my salesman, Greg Haemmerle made the process smooth and painless! He was patient with all of my questions and I never once felt pressured to make the purchase. Not only was he interested in finding me the perfect car but he also took the time to get to know me personally. By learning that I have children, he showed me features that they would enjoy and he was right. Not only do I love my new Jeep but the whole family does as well. The day after my purchase we discovered a taillight that was out. He had me bring back the car with no questions asked and had it fixed immediately. Amazing customer service!

Routine maintenance

Great service dept; awesome hours ; very attentive. Price was reasonable. Less wait time than expected. Explained what was needed and gave periodic updates. Wait room was clean and quiet.

Shopping for a car..after my last vehicle broke do

Mr.Johnny Palmer gave me excellent service..I was able to find and obtain a great car..He and team show great customer service. I recommend anybody to come see for themselves.
