The dealership helped me chose the right tires for my Murano. I appreciated the advice I got from Kevin Hawkins . I got an appointment on the day I requested and the work was don quickly. There was a special discount on the tires I bought. I saved $100.00 I would recommend this dealership to all my friends.

Great experience and friendly staff

Great service and excellent staff had a excellent supply of new and used autos for all kinds. Very reasonably priced

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Gary had...

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Gary had come to me and told me the serpentine belt needed replaced and I agreed to that. When I went to pay, the bill was about $100 more than expected. When I asked for details I found I was being charged for a battery. Nothing had been said about a battery needing replaced, and I had just had to replace the battery two years ago. (I hope they last longer that 2 years.) The Cashier brought it to Gary's attentions and he took care of getting the charge for the battery removed, as he agreed, the battery was not replaced. There is still a charge for $9.58 that I don't understand. It simply says, "Customer pay shop charge for repair order." What is that? Am I paying $9.58 just for coming in for service? I would encourage the cashier to walk through the bill with the customer.

I brought my Nissan in for service this past Saturday and worked with Gary McCaskill. Gary is very friendly and accomodating. I appreciate the fact that he always takes the time to discuss things with you to help you understand what is happening with your vehicle. Please tell Gary to keep up the excellent work and it is always a pleasure to work with him on the service needs of my Nissan.

The staff here were friendly and experienced. When the bolts were frozen on our license plate the staff came to our home to place it on our new 2013 Juke. YES!

I was in the Market for a newer Car . I was really unsure that I would be able to get on at this time . On a Friday afternoon decided to take a drive to ford city to check out the New building and cars of course . The first lot I came to was the Nissan Side . I fell In love with a certain vehicle a used Chevy Captiva , I knew that was the one I wanted. I then met Wesley the salesman . He was so friendly , very knowledgeable , and straight forward. Talking with him even if I wasn't able to get this particular vehicle I knew I wanted him to be my salesman no matter what . I have dealt with previous salesman in the past at other dealerships and He is what a car salesman should be like . We went back On Saturday to try and see what we could make work . To my surprise I was able to get a really good deal and interest rate and 3 hours later I was bringing home my New Car !!! I also Would recommend Chad In Finance, I had my toddler with and she was at her last straw of being patient . He was so patient with her and with us for having her in there . He got her some paper and let her draw and gave her candy to try and help the situation . If your In the Market for a different car go see Wesley and Chad at Illini Nissan , They are hands down simply the Best !!

Purchasing a new vehicle from Illini Nissan was a quick...

Purchasing a new vehicle from Illini Nissan was a quick and easy process. The car I wanted was not available at their dealership and the sales team did a great job of finding the exact car I wanted. They arranged to pick the car up from that dealership and 4 days later I had my new car. I would purchase a vehicle from Illini Nissan again.

1-20-14 had 12:00pm service appointment (oil change)....

1-20-14 had 12:00pm service appointment (oil change). Arrived ten minutes early. 1:15pm was told car was done. Found car parked outside and not washed outside temp. 38 degrees. Started to drive away and realized maintenance had not been reset had to return to dealership.

After a 2 hour ordeal trying to purchase a vehicle in Mattoon, Il. we called Illini Nissan, spoke to Andy and 1/2 hour later we drove to Champaign and had a very positive buying experience. Andy was knowledgeable and very attentive to our wants and needs in our purchase.

Our experience was very positive. They had everything ready to go the morning we showed up to test drive our vehicles. We had requested 3 specific vehicles to drive and they were there waiting. The whole experience went very efficiently.
