Not what you would expect from a new car dealershi
Talked to Dave in sales about a 06 Jeep very rude person he acted like I was wasting his time. Tried to get better pictures asked for any damage to be in the pictures. Over 4 days no pictures now he said it was not new but I asked if there was any Significant damage anywhere. Now to me that means anything you don't have to look for you can see it from 10 feet away. The answer i got was nope but not new so I was hesitant about driving 6 hours to get it. Well for work I had to head that way so money down off I go. When I get there I am looking it over and for the most part its good. There is paint damage below the doors but most of that can be covered with rock sliders. Right rear has a 3" deep scratch/dent. Test drove it drove fine got back he said we good my reply was we have to talk about the right rear damage,his reply were done. I talked to his manager and said what had taken place and he talked to someone else and came back and knocked off 200$. That was nice of them but won't cover the repair of the damage. I wont say they are bad dealer just not trustworthy enough for me. Good luck and my advice if Dave answered the phone ask for someone else.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Fair warning this is long-winded but worth the read to know the true character of the amazing people who at Turner Buick. I purchased a used truck from Turner a few months ago. The truck I was after was a pretty specific trim level I had spent months looking for and by chance, Turner had one on the lot. I called and spoke to Greg H and arranged to drive the truck. As you can imagine, a used car will always come with its own set of issues and risks. This truck was no exception, and ultimately there was a mechanical issue was of concern. Greg took it upon himself to go to bat for me and fix the issue before I purchased the truck with help from the service manager (sadly I do not know his name..). To quote him directly "we're here to do things right and make sure you're taken care of as our customer". In no time I was driving my new-to-me truck off the lot and everything has been smooth sailing ever since. That's part 1. Part 2 comes when I tried (keyword, tried) to title the truck in my home state of DE. Anyone reading this from DE can empathize with the amount of red tape involved in working with the DE DMV. Essentially, the DMV arrived at a different dollar amount for the transfer taxes than the dealership did (DE rounds the purchase price up and calcs the tax based on that number, you know, for more $). This prevented me from being able to title and register the truck. Frustrated with the DMV I called the dealership to help me rectify the situation so I could go back to the DMV (third time's the charm) and finally register. I spoke with Steve, the finance director who helped me during the purchase, and within 10 minutes I got a call back saying the situation was rectified. I can't sing enough praises for the people of Turner Buick. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and it was a better experience than I could have ever dreamed up. Greg and Steve helped me through every step of the process with great care and diligence and made sure I was as happy as I could possibly be with my truck. I highly recommend Turner Buick GMC to anyone and everyone, speaking from experience you will not be disappointed. Thank you to everyone at Turner, especially Greg and Steve. You guys rock!

Buyer beware! When purchasing a used vehicle during the...
Buyer beware! When purchasing a used vehicle during the process we were told the free oil changes and state inspection. Not the case at all! Once we had the car for its first oil change we were presented with a $142 bill for oil change. When we questioned the sales rep he denied making the statement. When I brought this to the attend of the general manager, instead of trying to resolve the situation he stated that he didn’t believe that his sales rep would’ve made a promise like that. Poor customer service.
