Great service and helpful assistance from Mike. Very easy to schedule and the issue was diagnosed promptly. We really appreciate that you were able to get my daughter back on the road in a quick fashion.

Excellent customer service and communication throughout the process of having routine maintenance done. I was extremely grateful for the availability of the valet service, which worked seamlessly. Each and every person I dealt with was polite and informative and I felt that my car was well-cared for. A great experience all the way around.

Charlie did a great job with my new tires at Quick Lane ,

Charlie did a great job with my new tires at Quick Lane , unfortunately there is a manufacturing flaw with Lexus that didn’t allow him to reset the tire pressure warning light. Not his fault but I will have to drive around with the warning light on. If he had fixed that I would have gotten him the Bill Ford lifetime achievement badge 🤣. Roy

Jean did all he could do to keep the negotiations going between us and his manager. Ended up within less than 1% of my beginning offer with unexpected new set of tires to boot

Jamie was great with this service request.

Jamie was great with this service request. I explained the problem with my car and was able to get me in within a couple of days. He was up front with explaining my options and the next steps. Kudos to Jamie. I am disappointed with Ford, however. I purchased a Bronco sport and it has been having a squeezing/ moaning noise when I am backing up. This can be fixed but my problem wasn’t deemed “bad enough” and that the noise I am hearing is appropriate for the vehicle. I am frustrated that I have to live with this problem until it becomes worse and that if it doesn’t become worse by the end of the year then the car would no longer be under warranty and I would need to fix it myself. Shame on Ford for putting a vehicle on the road that makes an embarrassing noise and that will only fix when they themselves deem it “bad enough”.
