I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Jim was an amazing salesman. Not pushy at all, but got me all the answers to every question I asked. I felt comfortable with the entire staff that helped me out. They were great and I drove away in a great vehicle. I would also like to mention that they are the only dealership I spoke to when looking for a new vehicle that honored an educator discount. That meant a lot to me. Thanks for the great experience.

Bad Experience
Drove from out of town to purchase a CPO vehicle. Vehicle had a shudder while driving highway speeds and pulsating brakes. Too tech for drive and he agreed. Test drove another car, same model, same year, same bells and whistles but 3K fewer miles. Talking with manager he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong, that the tech was wrong and that the car did not have the shudder and pulsating brakes. xxx? Said he could get that to stop because it was brake dust. I said I would buy the 2nd car for $800 more than we agreed to but he said could not do that. Again, xxx? He did not even bother to counter offer me or explain why he wanted $3k more for the same car in a less desirable color. BTW, sales person was very nice, tech was very nice.

ATM, We do appreciate the feedback and when any negative review is received, we do speak with all parties involved to see what happened. I did speak with my Volvo manager and he was informed by both our advisor and the tech that there was no issue with the vehicle. He thought that the noise might be from it not being driven for a little bit and that he would be glad to look further into it and see what the issue is. This vehicle no longer interested you and you wanted to purchase a similar vehicle for $800 more. Unfortunately, the vehicle you came in on is a little older unit that has been reduced to sell and the other XC60 is priced at market. Why is the make an appointment feature on the website if...
Why is the make an appointment feature on the website if not looked at? I drought my daughter's Escalade in for a recall, she made the appt online last week and received a confirmation for the 9:30 appt. I get the deer in the headlights look and the gentleman says..."Oh she made that online...no I looks at that"....really? Oh he then says "did we order the air bag"...he goes to look..."oh we have one I'll fit you in"...I was home by 1:00...what a wonderful morning at a car dealership.

Bad place to finance car
Very disappointing is financing management. As costumer with excellent credit they should have options to get best rates on market not what dealer things they can go for

Damir, I am sorry to read that you are disappointed with the finance aspect of the 2015 Avalon. We have a fantastic business department and we informed you that you would receive the rate that you qualify for. We are sorry, that you are not happy with the rate. We don't provide you with the rate that we think you should receive and provided you with all of the information ahead of time so you could make the best decision.
