I have in the past found car buying to be a stressful

I have in the past found car buying to be a stressful event. Our experience at Napleton‘s however was nothing but pleasant at every turn. Our salesman met us out in the lot and answered all of our questions regarding the Highlander and the 4 Runner. Inside their beautiful showroom he showed us additional information and again answered our new questions. It was obvious he knew the differences between all of the models. He was then quick to bring out those that we felt the most interested in. And then left us alone which I much appreciated to take our time deciding on if we were going to make a purchase. We narrowed it down to 2 and again he let us drive both a second time. He was never pushy and after the 4 Runners key was mine, he set up the electronics for me and answered all my questions. Sam Samet was an incredible help and I know if I have anymore questions come up he will be more then willing to help me again! Thank you Sam, you are the best! Susan Schwartz

Go visit Sam at Napleton’s!

My wife and I bought a new Rav4 Hybrid from Sam at Napletons Toyota. He went above and beyond to check all the boxes my wife and I had. He was equally attentive to my wife, which was something we did not experience at other dealerships. When the time comes to buy another vehicle, we will head back to Sam at Napletons.

Yearly maintenance.

I went in for an oil change a yearly maintenance the staff there worked quick and made sure to check up and keep me informed in the process.
