Napleton's Auto Park Of Urbana

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota from Sam Samet at Napleton’s Toyota in Urbana, IL. Sam was excellent and VERY knowledgeable about the truck I purchased, extremely friendly, and helped the process go smooth!

Made an appointment with the dealer to see a car we were interested in. We drove for two hours after making and confirming the appointment. When we arrived, we were told that the car has sold just before we got there. Mind you that the car showed as being at 78 days on the market. Then the miracle happened someone buys it before we arrived.  Of course they offered us a different car that was almost twice the price of the one we came to buy. No one called us to let us know that someone else was looking at it, and it was in the process of being purchased. The salesman, claimed he just started there and he hates giving us that bad news (where have we heard that one before?) My opinion: do not bother visiting nor dealing with these unprofessional deceitful individuals.  They were unprofessional and without a shred of common courtesy. Would not recommend just because of their lack of decency and their disregard for common courtesy.

Todd, my service advisor, was great helping me out even though there was an issue with my appointment. He was willing to work me in and was great accepting my coupon.

Sam Samet is the best! I purchased my first Kia Seltos yesterday and he was so helpful and makes the process extremely easy. I would highly recommend Napeltons and Sam Samet to anyone looking to buy a new car!

Easily scheduled my appointment- check in was smooth - understood all maintenance that would be performed & cost with coupon The actual routine maintenance took a little longer than anticipated but I had a comfortable place to wait with coffee😊 Todd Ballard was very efficient in a busy atmosphere! Overall good experience.

Mr. Todd was extremely helpful and kind! I was able to get the car serviced in an hour without any hassle. He was also helpful in applying the oil change service special. Highly recommended!
