Jeep wrangler Rocky Ridge addition

Tony was so much help in helping me with acquiring my new Jeep. I will be bringing my business back to them and referring business to them. I do recommend getting a jeep from them or of nice pick up truck. Very helpful very knowledgeable. Will give them my return business.

Honest and smooth sales/service

I've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership, and have had multiple experiences with the service department. All my experiences were positive as they go out of their way to take care of you as a customer, both during sales and after as an owner. They are friendly, up front, and honest. When an issue did arise they took care of it immediately, at my convenience, and to my satisfaction. They go out of their way to do the extra little things that make the shopping and service experiences easier and more enjoyable for the customer. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone shopping, or in need of service. In sales I have dealt with Nick Ruiz, Kevin Pryfogle, and Lee Jury all of whom have worked to get the price point I was looking for. In service I have dealt with Alex Litsch, he always makes sure my vehicles are taken care timely and professionally, with those little extras always added in. All of them have been a joy to work with and continue to be helpful long after the initial sale! Again, I would highly recommend this team at Paul Sherry!

Nick Ruiz

Nick Ruiz is a very rude and condescending salesman. I believe he was trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. The vehicle I inquired about is way overpriced according to KBB, and Nick couldn't even carry on a conversation about the significantly overpriced vehicle. I would be embarrassed to say I've purchased anything from Nick.

Sarah. Paul Sherry Chrysler works very hard to have the best price in the area on our pre-owned vehicles. As a result we have customers travel hundreds of miles to do business with us. The Lincoln that you inquired about is priced aggressively to the market and is actually priced thousands of dollars less than what KBB, NADA and Black Book recommend. Nick attempted to express this to you after you low-balled our price by nearly $8,000. He ended discussion after you accused him of trying to "screw someone instead of make a deal" and threatened to leave a poor review. It's also worth noting that you submitted a lead without a name. Therefore, he had no knowledge that you were a woman. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback.

Extremely dissatisfied customer

I spoke with another man that I signed all the contracts with. And I was not given the opportunity to make any Such deals. Kevin walked straight in after talking to me and had someone stat looking through loans company's before I had the chance to say any thing once I got back from driving. And when I did point out things that I found wrong once I got back he said i should have said something sooner the deal has already been made its done set in stone.
